Just heard the Jennifer Kaehu was let go recently. This is such bad news for this dealership because she was an excellent Sales Rep. She does truly care for her customers, which she treats like family. She went above and beyond my expectations when I was searching for my dream car. Every day I drive my M3 I am grateful for having worked with someone who diligently researched to find my long sought after dream. But now, when I drive my car, I am not as happy as I was knowing that the person who made it possible to own this car, will not longer be at the dealership when I have it serviced. Patrick BMW, you lost your best sales rep and whoever scoops her up will be the lucky one. I guess its true what people say - Life is unfair.
