I have never been to a car dealership where they cared more about ensuring that I was completely taken care of instead of making a fast deal. J.J., Jerry, and Sean at Pat Peck Nissan in Gulfport, MS were genuinely concerned about the reason why I wanted to trade in my car and they did everything possible to ensure I got what I was looking for at the best possible price. They were extremely friendly, honest, and kind. I felt like I was among friends instead of stranger who could be potentially trying to get over on me. As a female, I am always skeptical when I walk into a car dealership, but dealing with these gentlemen put all of my fear at ease. On top of that they did everything they could to get me in the car I wanted for the exact price I was looking for. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Everyone should visit Pat Peck Nissan because this is the first car dealership where honest, hard working representatives bend over backwards for their customers. 5/5 for great, respectful service! So far, these yahoos sold a mother of five a certified 2007 gmc Yukon Denali with mismatched tires, a broken driver side Mirror, two broken door handles. We were promised the world I'm this vehicle. They didn't even have to do any work, my fiance picked it out online, read their guarantees and became familiar with their extensive inspection process. Within two weeks we were spending 1300+$ on new tires because they were warped. The repair shop said they had BEEN bad. That they couldn't believe the dealership let them go like this. Jerry told us as long as the tires were deemed safe, that they weren't responsible. We a lso had two broken center caps on the rims 80$, and here comes the kicker. .. When the shop pulled the fourth tire off two of the light posts were broken off and sitting in the center cap!! The shop stated it had BEEN BROKEN BECAUSE THE POSTS WERE RUSTED. So much for their extensive inspection process. So I've been having my family in a vehicle that the wheel could've fallen off at any moment and I guess that's safe to them. Ash failed to give me ANY paperwork on the truck. I had to go to the dmv to get registration etc. A dent was supposed to get fixed by a vendor they had called in who couldn't do it but cracked the paint trying. The door handles still see not fixed and the mirror has not been fixed either. Jerry, a manager, has been zero xxxx in resolving this issue. So we will more than likely be hiring an attorney to see what can be done. NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND DO NOT CARE IF YOUR VEHICLE IS SAFE, AND AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY ANYTHING THEY PROMISED YOU GOES OUT THE WINDOW AND GOOD LUCK EVEN GETTING THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE. About seven moths ago I bought a used car from this dealership. The car is now struggling to work. Not much I can do about that but try to get it up and running and sell it on my own. So i went into the dealership and was interested in a Malibu that they were asking $14.8K for. I explained to them my situation and that how i'm still stuck paying on a vehicle from them and that I'm not going to trade it in because I'd be way too upside-down on. They said they would work with me on the price. We ended up doing the whole back and forth dealership shuffle for a little bit, and lastly I offered $13.5K out the door. They refused saying that their cost of the car was $14.7K (which doesn't make sense to me, because it would leave them with a minimal margin for profit). We ended up leaving. I woke up this morning and seen on Autotrader.com that they relisted the vehicle for $13.8K! They clearly could've made a deal with me yesterday! Especially considering they sold me a xxx a few months back that I'm still paying on! More

While waiting on the new vehicle to be "readied" for us, John took us to each department and introduced us to the whole "Pat Peck family". I was persoanlly introduced to Josh Albert, "MY" Service advisor. John scheduled my first service date for me, created an online account for me to schedule/reshcedule my service, set me up with the Nitro refill......in essence John did everything except pick out the car and pay for it! He is the epitome of what a salesman should be......polite, respectful, genuinely interested in assisting you in "YOUR" auot search, not just selling another car. He answered every question, asked a few of his own, gave mu husband and I time to discuss things privately and did not hover. John's smile and wonderful personality made working with him a true joy. This was not my first Nissan purchase, but it was my first at Pat Peck....it will NOT be my last as long as the atmosphere doesn't change and John is present! :) More
Since, I live in Los Angeles John Jones assisted me with a new car purchase for my mother via telephone. She walked in the dealership, test drove the vehicle and drove away in her new car. John Jones, my sales representative, & the dealership General Sales Manager, Daniel Wild, were outstanding. I'd recommend them to any of my friends or relatives for the purchase of a new vehicle. We are a "Nissan Family", with no fewer than 10 Nissan vehicles in the driveway when we have a family get-together! It looks like a Nissan Dealership!!! More
After seeing a ford explorer on their website in the price range I was looking, I went by late one evening to look at it. Mike was extremely courteous even though it was close to closing time. After looking at it, I came back the next morning for a test drive. Once again, Mike was very professional with zero pressure to buy it. He answered all my questions and provided the information on the vehicle I asked for. I told him it would be a cash sale if I purchased it and I already had a bottom line price in mind because I had done research on it prior. This did not bother him that I already knew what it was worth. I asked them to give a best total price including sales tax and all. He came back very quickly with a price. I looked at it and said we were close. I gave hime the bottom line price I wanted to pay. He came back very quickly and said they could do the deal at my total price. A no hassle experience just the way I like. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and pleasant from Mike to the sales mananger to the finance guy who took all the info for the title transfer. More
Very disgusted with the lazy, rude behavior of this dealership. I have been searching online for a vehicle for months now strictly by computer due to my grueling work schedule and plenty of Louisiana d dealership. I am looking at one specific model vehicle and put in a "price offer" online , by the way complete and total waste of time. I then get a response basically offending my offer saying "how did you come up with that offer" Complete rudeness, obviously not looking to sell anything with this type of response especially considering my offer was a mere $3k less than asking price. I came upon my offer based on what i can afford obviously! Wow, they make these salesmen more ignorant by the day. Then I oblige to go in the bathroom of my busy work day to call the manager of the dealership and leave a message telling of my experience, still left with no answer of "yes we can make that price work or no we cannot" and get no response from dealer manager. An hour later I get another email from this "Steve Santos" internet salesman saying "please follow the link to find suvs listed in your price range" !!!! Um, im interested in the vehicle i inquired about NOT a miriad of vehicles YOU think are in my price range. I have several other friends looking into vehicles at the moment and have warned them to steer clear of pat peck nissan and kia assuming they are all lacking customer service skills and not that interested in selling vehicles. I've had so much more luck dealing with dealers out of Slidell, it's a nice breathe of fresh air to know I can just go a few cities over and receive good quality service. But also kinda pathetic that i have to commute to get this. STEER CLEAR OF THESE GUYS! More
