I bought a good truck, but I could have bought that anywhere. I will not buy another vehicle from Pat Peck Nissan Gulfport. My experience began with a lady named Trish (Pat Peck Honda) calling me to te anywhere. I will not buy another vehicle from Pat Peck Nissan Gulfport. My experience began with a lady named Trish (Pat Peck Honda) calling me to tell me about a Toyota PreRunner that was on the Pat Peck Nissan lot. She said she could sell vehicles there too. I set up a time to come and test drive it the next day. The day I was supposed to test drive, a man named Matt called me from the finance dept. at Pat Peck Nissan about a loan request. I told him that I had an appointment with Trish to test drive, he then proceeded to tell me that she could not sell a vehicle from another lot. Both the sales manager over used cars, Bill, and the salesman I spoke with, Tim, at Pat Peck Nissan also said she could not sell a car to me. This was a lie, they basically stole her sale! I wrote a letter to the dealership and they ended up giving her half the commission, but still... SHADY!!! Secondly, the day after I bought the truck I found that the bumper had been shoved in and pulled back out with shabby touch up paint covering the scrapes. There was also a 3 in. rip on the inside of the bumper. The car fax said the truck had never been wrecked when clearly it has. They sold me this truck like it was perfect. My fault for being in desperate need of a vehicle and not looking closer at what I was getting, but still SHADY! Lastly, the knobs on the radio were missing or did not work. We discussed this and they said they would put a cd player in with mp3 to replace it. They sent me to a stereo place and guess what? The stereo guy said the dealership would only put a factory model back in. No mp3 as promised. I went ahead and bought another stereo and put it in. Did I say SHADY? These people are SHADY. Do NOT buy from them unless you are constantly on your toes. After I wrote this review: The sales manager over Pat Peck Nissan Gulfport, Brian, called me and told me that as far as the initial problem with who could sell the truck was concerned, that being able to sell on different lots was a new rule. Everyone wasn't aware of the rule and now they are. He also said that he thought I still got a good deal on the truck. I guess so, after all it is a Toyota... how could it be bad? I still feel that if I had been aware of the damage on the truck I could have gotten them to come down on the price some. My advice: Buyer beware. Be on your toes. Go over your vehicle with a fine tooth comb. If you can get it to a trustworthy body shop to look it over before you buy... Even better. More
I bought a nissian from this dealship (Pat Peck Nissian), I went in the night before and discussed a deal with this dealership (Pat Peck Nissian) and I was told a certain price. I ask if I came back the next I went in the night before and discussed a deal with this dealership (Pat Peck Nissian) and I was told a certain price. I ask if I came back the next day could I still get the price, The dealership said ok! The next day I called my salesman who was new and ask about the deal and said I was driving over to purchase the car, He said he would have to call me back, I drove the 60+ miles and never received a call when I arrived I spoke to the salesman and he said the cars were sold and I would have to pay a different price, I point out the four vehicles I was told I could get and after some fuss they gave in a sold me the car 2 hours later for the price discussed the night before. I reluctly purchased a warranty. I bought this car in October 2009. In April 2010 I trade the car because it was to small, I went to Pat Peck Nissian and they fillout the form for my warranty return, In July I had received nothing. I called the dealership finance department, finance manager, general manger (names above) numerous times (Over 70 times) over three months. My wife called Nissan corperation and they said they never received any papers or anything (This is because they lose commission on refunds) Also I found out they didn't even fillout the form correctly which thankfully I ask for a copy of and was never offer. This dealership has horrible customer service and in my opion are nothing more than a bunch of (you fillin the blanks) I will never do business with Pat peck Nissian again. Oh buy the way the way the recepionist were very nice, But you could tell I was not the only non return call. More
Got a new Nissan Altima Coupe on lease from them. Very mismanaged finance department. Does not know what they are doing. All through the way was not at all informed about the progress on the lease paperwor mismanaged finance department. Does not know what they are doing. All through the way was not at all informed about the progress on the lease paperwork ; until out of a blue call to return the car without any notice. The dealership demanded to return the car the very same day or threatened to report the car stolen, even though I had paid the requested amount at the time of deal;with me and my wife both working were left in a limbo . Never even received a courtesy call from the salesman. Horrible, disrespectful and frustrating experience. Not recommended at all. More

I was shocked to find that over $1000 was added to the price of their cars: - $995 for "market adjustment" (i.e., we are charging you more because we feel like it) - $169 for "Nitrofill." It costs price of their cars: - $995 for "market adjustment" (i.e., we are charging you more because we feel like it) - $169 for "Nitrofill." It costs about $5 to put pure nitrogen in tires - a practice that has inconclusive results. 72% of the earth's atmosphere is nitrogen and you are going to charge outrageously? More
