One of their new sales managers is not a people person (to say the least) so we worked with the GSM. No problems, got a fair price for my trade and got a good price on the new 2014 Altima. Here's where the problem comes in: I looked at an SV and an SV with navigation. The SV with navigation added a couple other things that added about 2k in cost. Since this is primarily a work car, I decided against it but my sales person said "I can put Nav in it if you want". I asked how much and was told and after some research I was told I had two options, a JVC for 800 and a Sony for 1200. I said, "do they look factory?" I specifically said that I did NOT want an aftermarket head unit so even if it was an overseas knockoff it was fine as long as it LOOKED factory. With me still on the phone my sales person asked somebody "Does it look exactly like factory?" and I heard the answer which was then relayed to me "Yes, it looks like factory". That was a flat out bold faced lie. I agreed to the deal and came in to sign papers on a Monday but didn't pick up the car until Friday. In that time they had the windows tinted and installed the new head unit. It is a Sony SAV-602BT. Look it up. It is clearly an aftermarket detachable face, midlife crisis, head unit. It looks very, very tacky mounted in the dash and they now refuse to pull it back out. I almost did and should have refused to take the car Friday until they pulled it back out but since my 3 days had passed anyway since signing papers, I didn't have much choice. I am very disappointed. They knew I had no way to back out of the deal once I got the car so they just lied to my face to get me to sign papers. Very, Very big black eye on this dealership. The price was great and I had no other complaints. I buy two new cars every two years and because of this I will not go back to Pat Peck Nissan in Gulfport. Update: I ended up sending in a complaint to Nissan Corp who seemed to be helpful. They contacted the dealership who contacted me and agreed to refund the $800 and put it back to stock. However, I have ever since had problems with bad connections with the backup camera. It flickers and glitches periodically. They did a software updated that solved a black-our pink screen problem but the glitchiness is still there. I have a knock in the rear end completely unrelated and have had both rear struts replaced to no avail. I have a dash vibration only in cold weather. The remote start has never worked right. Works sometimes and not others. Nobody can explain that even though they have seen it. Several models of Nissans get leaves down in the intake to the ventilation and they get stuck in the fan and make that playing card between the spokes sound until they rot and/or break lose. Nissan says that's your fault for being around leaves (as opposed to their fault for not installing a screen or filter over that intake). Last but not least, the other day I did a remote start and it actually took about 2 seconds for it to actually fire up. Oh, and the remote start problem may be related to the car NOT seeing the key. I get a message a lot that says Incorrect Key ID. Actually happened the other day when I was driving (I have a picture of it). More
Beware Beware Dont buy used from them. Worse nightmare when I took the car to the mechanic and he discovers car had been in a wreck before I brought it. I asked for a carfax which showed no Worse nightmare when I took the car to the mechanic and he discovers car had been in a wreck before I brought it. I asked for a carfax which showed no accidents but the worse part was that this used car was certified they say that check 156 points well they obviously didn't inspect this car so they sold me an over priced car that had been in an accident the repair job I was told was bad, my mechanic told me a $917 to fix this bad job. My concern was that this car was certified and not inspected they are held liable. They only agreed to pay for the damages but refused to refund any money from the sale and also refused to do a swap trade to put me back in a car that I thought I was getting. What they wanted to do was trade the car and have me refinance another car paying them even more money. Poor customer satisfaction, very bad business practices. More

I received a call from Glynn wanting me to come in and look at some cars because they needed my Altima Coupe on their used lot. I arrived and he treated me very well. We discussed what I wanted to shop fo look at some cars because they needed my Altima Coupe on their used lot. I arrived and he treated me very well. We discussed what I wanted to shop for and then began the search out on the lot. I ended up leaving with a car that I never thought I would be able to purchase. I had no intensions of getting rid of the car that I already owned and then left with the car of my dreams. He has called and checked on me several times. I've met a new friend and would recommend him to all of my friends. This is the 6th car that I have purchased/leased from Pat Peck Nissan. Thumbs up to them!!! Their service team is just as awesome! I went to the dealership for warranty service. They told me my Nissan Sentra needed new front brakes. ($199.00) I figured I could get the brakes replaced for less by a local repair facility, so I told th me my Nissan Sentra needed new front brakes. ($199.00) I figured I could get the brakes replaced for less by a local repair facility, so I told them, "no thanks." When I took the Sentra to a local guy, he removed both sets of front pads and brought them to me in the waiting area. In his opinion, the brakes had at least 60% of the pad remaining. He brought a new set for comparison and it was very obvious, even to my untrained eye, that the brakes didn't need replacement! I paid him $20 for his trouble. (He didn't want anything!) Thanks, Pat Peck! I know you don't have enough money, so you decide it's okay to rip off the working people of Mississippi. I'll have nothing but bad things to say about Pat Peck Nissan from this point forward. More

I purchased a used Honda Pilot from this dealer in February. We had seen this on the internet and knew which car we wanted to drive. We immediately decided to purchase the car and the paperwork wait February. We had seen this on the internet and knew which car we wanted to drive. We immediately decided to purchase the car and the paperwork wait began. We were planning on financing with our credit union and the finance manager quoted us a very high interest rate from them. They were already closed that day so we ended up financing with Capitol One. That Monday we called our credit union and was quoted a completely different rate and they said that they had no idea why we were quoted the higher rate. Getting ready to leave the dealership after about 2 hours of sitting and waiting with 2 kids, I realized that there was only 1 key with the car. We asked for the 2nd key and was told that we would have to pay over $200 for the key. My husband laughed and said that was unacceptable. The salesman then came back and told us that we could have employee pricing for the key and it would only be $100. My husband then informed the salesman that after what we had just spent with them, they could afford to give us a 2nd key which should have been included in the first place. He then comes back a 3rd time and says "ok they will give you the key but the service department is closed." He then told my husband to just drop by and pick up the key the next week. My husband drives back to the dealership which is about a 45 minute drive and was told that he had to have the car and the key to get a key made. He was then told to come back on Saturday to get the key made. This time me and 3 children were waiting Saturday morning when the dealership opened. I told them what I was there for, they took my car and 45 minutes after sitting in a crowded waiting room entertaining a 3 year old I was informed that they did not have the key in stock and would have to order it. We had to make a 3rd trip to the dealer the next week to get the key made. Then 2 months later my check engine light is on and my husband calls them to try to talk to them about checking it out and they were extremely rude to him. We are now taking my Honda to another dealer for service. More
