Scheduled Maintenance It was time, actually a little overdue, for my first scheduled maintenance for my 2015 Silverado. I had a 5:30 pm appointment at the dealership for the service and I missed due to a meeting running over and called the dealership and they actually scheduled an appointment later that same day at 6:30 pm. Everyone at the dealership that was involved in my purchase actually came over to say hello and I had about an hour of work (phone calls etc...) to do and once I started working and making calls they respected my privacy. This is really a professionally run dealership. More

Outstanding buying experience. We went to another Chevy dealer that was having an 84 hour sale. On Saturday morning, we decided to got to Pat O'Brien and give it another try. We were met at the door by 2 sales consultants, one being Reggie Langhorne. We sat down with Reggie, explained to him what we were looking for, what we thought our trade was worth, and what our max payment could be. He said he would do his best. I told him if he could do that, "We have a deal". We drove home in our 2016 Equinox. I highly recommend Pat O'Brien Chevrolet, and ask for Reggie. More
