buyer beware! Brought my car in for an appraisal and talk to the salesman who's a friend of mine about trading in for a lease. They moved my car from a head in spac Brought my car in for an appraisal and talk to the salesman who's a friend of mine about trading in for a lease. They moved my car from a head in space but returned it to a parallel space with cars in front and behind. I couldn't stay so the salesman let me in after hours to pick it up. It was dark and raining and didn't notice the damage on my rear bumper till I came out the next morning to get in my car. I called my buddy and the dealership immediately. They agreed the damage happened on their lot but since there was no video surveillance in the area, they would not accept responsibility. The repair cost me $900 and I had to take them to small claims court. I'm waiting for a decision but not hopeful since I had to prove an employee of theirs damaged my car. no video and no one came forward. I owned a business for 12 years and situations like occurred several times in the over 3000 homes we worked in but we never argued with a customer. Apparently this dealer only does what they are legally bound to do. More
