Thankfully I went out to Parrish Ford in Goochland, VA This dealership is run by an excellent team headed by manager Kristi Hudson. Bryce Griffin showed us around and spent time talking to me and my husband. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, I was greeted by all, which does not happen often in this day and age. I looked at new and used cars, talked with Bryce at length on a very hot day about several models. He didn't miss a beat. After selecting a car, the paperwork and pick up was scheduled around my calendar. I left my deposit to return a few days later to the same upbeat team. I have been a devoted Ford customer but, due my disappointment with two local dealerships, was considering other makes until I found Parrish. It was a very satisfying experience and I look forward to doing future business with them. More
