Great and Fast Customer Service I took my Explorer for inspection at Parrish Ford. When I arrived I asked last minute if they could also do an oil change for me, and they said no pro I took my Explorer for inspection at Parrish Ford. When I arrived I asked last minute if they could also do an oil change for me, and they said no problem. Tom, the new Service Manager was short handed that day but got me in and out efficiently. Unfortunately my car failed inspection due to tires. He offered me a great deal on tires, but my tires were under warranty elsewhere so I got new tires and returned the following week to get reinspected. Overall, great customer service and quick customer service. I will be returning! More
