This is the best car buying experience I've had. I ordered a Ford Maverick through this dealership. I arranged to pick it up at 11 AM one day after it arrived at dealership (right after salesman's 10 AM appointment). The salesman arranged to get it through final prep the day it arrived to make it happen. Then I showed up at dealership at 9 AM. I explained I understood if I needed to wait until my appointment time. The salesman (James Shaw) said he would do what he could before his appointment arrived. Thanks to his efforts, we were out of the dealership by 11 to 11:30 AM. The only reason it took that long is because I asked the salesman to over the new technology in the vehicle with me that I had never seen and because the dealership filled the truck with gas for me before I left the dealership. I will definitely look to Parrish Ford first when I buy my next vehicle!

Parrish Ford has been doing business in the same location since 1939. They know how to get the job done! I spoke with Jason in May and ordered a new Ford Ranger. He ordered the exact vehicle I wanted and kept me updated on its progress. When the truck was delivered, all of the paperwork was ready for me. Jason took the time to show me features on my new Ranger, and helped with the Ford App and SYNC system. He called two days later to see if I had questions and to thank me for my business. I could not be more pleased with my experience with Jason and Parrish Ford. I will recommend Parrish Ford to my friends.

Bought a truck there last week , no pressure , easy transaction. didn't have spend half a day in the dealership waiting to finalize the paperwork.

No words can explain our disappointment . We bought a $47000 F150 4x4 because our other one was total by a bus . The truck saved my husbands life . Now we have a issue not once not twice now 3 times in 2 weeks . NOW KEEP IN MIND MY HSBANDS A DIESEL MECHANIC HAS BEEN FOR 30 PLUS YEARS. HES ALSO BEEN TO 26 SCHOOLS . So here we go it snows the wrench come up we cant go into 4 wd . We manage to get home , we have the truck towed there , Lady whos there service manager corrects me saying my name is Judith not Judy or visa versa they don't have a loaner but a Ford small sedan , or we can call the local Enterprise my husband is 6-8 he dont fit in every car . So we call enterprise the only one she would let us use they call us back and tell us they have no cars to rent and dont know when . So we just use vehicle that we have at the house . They call us that night tell us nothing is wrong . Okay I drive the 40 miles bring my husband back at night to pick up truck . 2 days later it happen again in snow so we manage to get home . I call get same rude lady she says theres nothing wrong my husband dont know how to use the 4x4 . I tell my husband what he says he calls her , he brings it back to her next morning . Mechainc goes in truck with my husband and he said she said you dont know how to use 4x4 so my husband informs that mechanic his background . Once again they cant find anything wrong but was told a third time Ford would get involved . She tells my husband hes turning dial to quick . He drives home . Now yesterday u could say the ____ hit the fan . It happen again we were at hunt club now we are stuck in the mud . I video the popping on my phone which my husband has on him . He drives up there this morning they say again nothings wrong , lady tells my husband we can take it to another dealer . Im on phone with my husband she approaches him I will wait to get off phone he says its ok its just my wife i will , she says NO when u get off the phone i will speak to you . Once again nothing they can do . MY HUSBAND KNOWS WHATS WRONG SO NOW HES WAITING FOR GM TO ARRIVE . Service manager should have had a class in customer service plus have some knowledge of the problem . MY HUSBAND SHOULDNT HAVE TO TELLTHEM WHAT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED ! I WILL KEEP U UPDATED WITH OUTCOME !

We recently purchased our second used vehicle from Parrish Ford. As in our first experience, we could not ask for better service! From the sales person, to the finance process, they were all great to work with. They genuinely care about their customers, and don't charge all the extra fees that most others do. I am a forever customer of Parrish Ford.
