Hodges went out of his way to find the exact model I wanted. He is extremely knowledge about the products. Parrish Ford does not add Processing Fees, Gross Sales Tax, Freight Charges or any other "funny fees", the price is exactly the price. No surprises. Kristi Hutson was highly professional and the closing was fast and simple. This firm does business the way car sales should be every where. I have tried other Richmond area dealers of different brands (including a nationally known used car business) and found they are not nearly as straight forward in their customer dealings. Everyone should try Parrish Ford, in my experience since about 1989 they can't be beat on honesty, simplicity and fairness. Great folks! More
