On Monday, September 13, 2021, at 10:00 my husband made a 12:15 appointment with the service department to get the oil changed in my 2019 Texas Edition Silverado. We arrived at 12:00. We sat in the waiting 12:15 appointment with the service department to get the oil changed in my 2019 Texas Edition Silverado. We arrived at 12:00. We sat in the waiting room until 12:45. Being agitated because it was taking so long, I went to the service department and found my truck sitting in the same spot we parked it. I asked two service department employees if my truck was ready and they said, “which truck.” I said, “ the truck you are standing in front of.” They both said, “I don’t know, you will have to ask a service rep.” Just then a service rep walked up. I asked him the same question and he said, “ I don’t know why this truck is still sitting here, but I will get it completed quickly.” At 1:30 we were finally told our truck was ready. I suppose if I had not gone to check, we could have sat there another few hours!!! One hour and 30 minutes is too long to wait for an oil change!! We had another appointment and this service department made us late. Unless it is an emergency, we will not use Parkway again. More
Bays were almost empty- my truck sat for over 15 minutes with the hood up and no one around it. I observed 7 or 8 technicians standing at different stations, all what looked to be on their phones. when some with the hood up and no one around it. I said I haven’t taken my eyes off of it this whole time while the hood is up and no one near it. He then held up my air filter that was sitting on the counter and asked if I wanted it replaced. I said no and my truck was finished in less than five minutes after that. I also asked to make sure they replaced the filter properly this time, because last time I had to fix it myself. More

I didn't take up much of anyone's time there. I bought a car off the lot. My credit is good, and I negotiated minimally. The car interior wasn't as clean as I expected when I drove off in it. I arranged to meet the salesman the next weekend so he could show me how the gps works since I didn't have my phone cord with me. He was unavailable when I got there, so another person reluctantly went through the motions setting up the gps. He didn't explain what he did and cut me off when I tried asking questions. I was not given any "personal" service while at the dealership either two times I was there, but I am pleased with my new car. More

I would recommend you stay away from the dealership and I would recommend you stay away from the dealership and would give negative stars if I could. The lack of responsiveness and lack of professional I would recommend you stay away from the dealership and would give negative stars if I could. The lack of responsiveness and lack of professionalism is staggering. I shipped the car to a different state and the dealer did not include a second set of keys and did not include temporary tags (obligated by law). I send several emails and left voicemails for Andrew and Chris - no response. I can't use the car since there are no tags. I can't take my kids to doctors' appointments because of their lack of professionalism. More
Took our 2009 Silverado in because of recall on airbags. At the time there was one small crack in the plastic dashboard but when we picked up the truck the dash was broken in at least 3 places. When it was brought to the shop managers attention he “graciously” offered to take $600 off the $1700 cost to repair. No response as to why I should have to pay $1,100 to repair what they broke. Lost me as a customer. More
Everything was as expected. They didn't budge on the price of the truck I was purchasing. However, since I was driving from 3.5 hours away, they offered a fair price on my trade with pics, VIN etc. I price of the truck I was purchasing. They were really quick on the turnaround and had me back on my way home quickly. More
