I have been going to Parkway Chevrolet for years to have our vehicles serviced. We have worked specifically with Mike Sanchez for years and he is truly family to us. Today we came up to pick up our very wel our vehicles serviced. We have worked specifically with Mike Sanchez for years and he is truly family to us. Today we came up to pick up our very well loved vehicle and knew it was time to start searching for a new vehicle so Mike set is up with Rod White. Rod White was wonderful and a true delight to work with. He helped us make our decision very easy. He was not pushy at all very kind and paid attention to our needs. I highly recommend Parkway Chevrolet and work with Rod. More

Fast and efficient vehicle maintenance❗️I get feedback via text message as the vehicle is going through each stage of maintenance and no pressure to accept a recommended service. Lack of communication. Need additional people at the service desk to answer questions and keep the customers updated on progress. When a customers vehicle is ready, the employee should be informed. buyer beware they sold me a truck and told me that it had never been wrecked turns out that the driver side had been smashed Carfax did not show it dealership will not work with me in any way I would not rec never been wrecked turns out that the driver side had been smashed Carfax did not show it dealership will not work with me in any way I would not recommend this dealership to anybody now my truck is stuck there because they won't give me my keys back they say they lost my keys. well the keys have to be specially made and nobody has them in stock. so now I have to get the truck towed somewhere else very disappointed with parkway Chevrolet I thought very many vehicles from them and had nothing but good service from them in the past until I made the mistake of buying a used vehicle from them More
