I was going to wait to review until they addressed my issue, but since it has been 17 days and 4 emails and calls with no resolution and they keep sending requests to write a review, I guess its time. First for my cash transaction they ran my credit, seems unnecessary and also pissed me off. The vehicle when brought to me was dirty, as I had to leave and come back 2 hours later to get the vehicle after it was cleaned of the residue from the covers from transporting the vehicle. I also had to pay for lojack, which they install on all of their vehicles, and did not want, but it was the model of vehicle I wanted. It has been 17 days and I have not received any information on how to log into the unit that I had to pay for, after 4 emails and phone calls. As far as I am concerned Parkway has touched any of my vehicles for the last time. I will be purchasing a Z71 Tahoe in march but that will be from a different dealership. I will not be returning until they get my plates in and that will be the last time I set foot there. More

I was really looking forward into rating this with 5 stars. But after a week today I’m back here again. They give you a full inspection but they need to inspect their own work. More

This is second time we have had to bring in a 2021 colorado - the first was due to a gear shift problem (it's automatic) which we finally had to take to a dealership in navasota to get fixed. Now still under 30K miles the cylinder is misfiring. It stalls pulling into traffic and rpms go crazy. Parkway has been HORRIBLE at honoring warranty work. This actually is creating a safety issue but they cannot even look at this for a week and were told not to expect loaner car even thought they clearly state that even on their recording waiting for service department to answer. First - this coloardo SUCKS and I will not buy a chevy again. Second - DO NOT believe that they will honor their promises about service repairs. More

Usually I have a good service report whenever I take my vehicles here but not his time......I've had this particular vehicle for 4 years and it's not only been serviced by Parkway/Scrubway but inspected as vehicles here but not his time......I've had this particular vehicle for 4 years and it's not only been serviced by Parkway/Scrubway but inspected as well......I haven't altered anything on this vehicle ......For some odd reason it didn't pass inspection due to window tint when it passed the two years prior with no problem with the same window tint and they still charge you......They say fix the issue within 14 days and you do not have to pay for it......I'm not removing my tint just to get it to say pass on the report......My vehicle performance passed......Windows aren't part of the vehicle performance.......I advise you not to take it there if you have tint on your windows.......Go someplace else......Not worth the hassle More

My 2015 Corvette was in need of an Oil Change. I called my rep at Parkway Dave Ramsey and he said bring it in. After a one hour wait, my car was ready to go.
