Dishonest I decided to give Parks Toyota of Deland a try when I was looking to purchase a new 2016 Toyota 4Runner Trail. Everything was great at first and they I decided to give Parks Toyota of Deland a try when I was looking to purchase a new 2016 Toyota 4Runner Trail. Everything was great at first and they offered me the best price. We had agreed on numbers for a lease and them giving me the amount I wanted for my trade so I gave them a $1,000 deposit to locate the car. About 4 days go by and they let me know my 4Runner is in. After reviewing the numbers that they sent me a few days prior, I noticed that the trade info on the paper was blank. I contacted them back in regards to having them fix it. They sent me over the revised sheet and the payment was $50 more than we agreed upon! I am glad that I figured this out before I made the 2.5 hour drive from Gainesville. Of course I was appalled by this since we had already agree on numbers 4 days prior and they had $1,000 of mine in house. After communicating back and forth with the salesperson a manager called me. We had a 10-15 minute phone cal about the mistake they made. They would not honor the deal that we agreed upon and insisted that I just come in. I was not driving 2.5 hours to get screwed over. They acted like I was stupid and didn't understand what they were doing. They pulled an old "bait and swap" on me. I would not recommend this dealership. More
stress free, friendly staff. I had salesmen Chenier and Scott. They both are very knowledgeable about the cars they sell. This is my 4th purchase in 2 years. 2 cars for me and 2 c I had salesmen Chenier and Scott. They both are very knowledgeable about the cars they sell. This is my 4th purchase in 2 years. 2 cars for me and 2 cars for 2 of my kids. I wouldn't think of buying any where else. I started with a 2014 corolla and now I have upgraded to a 2016 Camry SE and I Love, love, love it!!! More

Tough deal to make but Parks delivered!!! It was a difficult deal to accomplish, my current car was buried in 8K, my payment was already really high and I didn't want to go any higher. So how to put me into a new Toyota Camry XSE v6, that was the question. It was a question every prior dealership answered with NO WAY. Some spent time before telling me my payment would have to go up 100+ or I would need to put down 7K. Others wouldn't even talk to me when I told them my car year and amount owed. I was about to give up and wait for my value to even out. Then I used truecar to get the value of the XSE and Parks Toyota responded. They were very friendly, and optimistic that they could do something. They invited me over and offered me the car for $30 more than I was paying with nothing down. Woohoo! Bruce was my initial contact and was very pleasant and helpful, Derek assisted me when Bruce was busy. Tom the sales manager had an assured calming confidence that we were going to get the deal done (and he was right). I don't recall the name of the finance manager but he was excellent and very straight forward. He explained the difficulties we needed to overcome and how we did it. It was really a great experience. I did have a small disagreement with the GM, but it was after the fact. Overall Parks did the near impossible. I'm guessing they sacrificed a bit in profit to get me a deal that I was barely qualified for. Since then I am so happy to be out of my old car (Camry hybrid which was not a good fit for me) and into the new Camry XSE v6 (much more fun, comfortable, higher tech, and just plain enjoyable to drive and look at) Good Show Parks!!! Would definitely buy from again More

My poor car :'( I had my car serviced by Auto butler about two weeks ago and everything seemed fine at first, until I saw my car under a street light. There are now s I had my car serviced by Auto butler about two weeks ago and everything seemed fine at first, until I saw my car under a street light. There are now scratches on my cars hood which were certainly not there before. Whoever serviced it either used a power polisher and did not know what they were doing, or they used a cloth that was somehow contaminated with some sort of abrasive (Ex. sand). This is not my idea of professional work. I would like to be contacted about this. My car is less than two years old, and is garage kept. I would like an explanation as to why my paint is now ruined. Seems ok in the sun, but under street lights the scratches are clearly there. This is not the first time my car has been damaged in some way by this dealership. I have gotten my oil changed there a quite a few times, and more often than not there were oil stains on my car, both inside and out. Complain to management, and all you get is an "I'm sorry", we will clean it. I'm so sick of hearing that. Toyota makes a great product, but the service stinks. I feel sorry for my poor car whenever I have to get it serviced. I don’t see any of the technicians there showing any regard for my property. More
