Parts ordered and purchased by customer, but then customer is informed that no service appointment is available to have parts installed for the next six months. Multiple problems after the purchase of the car on the we owe. Took them almost 2 days to fix the tire and rim package issue from one vehicle to the other. Key was uncut for the door locks and would need to owe. Took them almost 2 days to fix the tire and rim package issue from one vehicle to the other. Key was uncut for the door locks and would need to be cut. Supposedly had an appointment to have this problem fixed when we arrived to the service center no record of an appointment or anyone there to perform what needed to be done. A month later the key blank and 2nd key fob still has not been fulfilled and can not get anyone to return ohine calls about this issue. We have called multiple times inquiring about this to be told they will call back with an update. Currently the last phone call was one week ago 9/4 with a promise to return the call with an update. One week later no word back from this dealership. Vehicle came with a warranty however, this process gives me 0 confidence in the ability to solve any issue that may be service related. If you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle from here think twice about it. More
