I checked in online and requested a call - nobody called an 90 minutes later nobody had looked at my car. I went to the desk and asked for info and 30 minutes later the car still hadn’t been taken back so w an 90 minutes later nobody had looked at my car. I’ve been with this dealership for almost 20 years and have been disappointed lately with charging the customer for every little thing. An example is to check what is wrong with your car you pay over $200 have been disappointed lately with charging the customer for every little thing. An example is to check what is wrong with your car you pay over $200 and it is not taken off but added to the repair. It used to be if you got the repair it went towards the bill. Then there is up sell on service, if I need or want I will let you know. The service department is always professional and courteous but the nickel and diming is a bit much. More
