I have been using Parks for service of my old Edge for the past years. I never had a complaint, but recently I seem to notice significant improvement in the way they deal with customers. I made my appointment over the phone and the lady answering was not just very friendly, but also very professional and to-the-point in helping me pick the best package for my service needs.
