On 6/24/2023 I tendered a $500 deposit for a new vehicle at Parks Chevrolet in Kernersville with the understanding that the vehicle was in transit and should be delivered sometime mid-July or early August. at Parks Chevrolet in Kernersville with the understanding that the vehicle was in transit and should be delivered sometime mid-July or early August. We agreed upon year, make, model and options and we were given a build sheet and VIN number along with the deposit receipt. Its now 8/18/2023 and there is still no vehicle in transit, and Ive since been told by the dealership that all of the documentation attached to the deposit agreement is irrelevant. I dont even see how the agreement is even enforceable at this point if we cant accept delivery of the agreed upon vehicle based on the documentation. They could deliver whatever they want and claim thats what we agreed to! At best this is a deceptive business practice. I feel that they merely wanted my check and have no intention of delivering anything until it benefits them at my expense. We've tried to get the dealership to provide a VIN number and we just keep getting the runaround. Other dealerships will refund deposits!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEN OF THIEVES! More
My car was making a noise and at the dealership for 2 days. We picked up and they did nothing to it. They said they heard nothing. Six people have heard the noise it is making. The service guy pretty much told us to take it somewhere else. They want your money but wont take the time to work on vehicle. Bad customer service, salesmen very rude. I have never been disappointed by such a place and the service i received after spending a high dollar amount on new vehicle. Dont shop here! More
Let me start off by saying I qualified for the vehicle and was approved before I came to drive a vehicle, so The way I see it, like all the other places I have bought a car from easy peasy. The sales guy Siem would never close the deal for me to drive the vehicle so I came to the kernersville location. And a lady Named Joe helped me, we drove the vehicle and we put down 250 to hold it and she wrote down all the things to fix, windshield, tires, door wouldn't shut, it was really dirty and decals all over it. I was told to give them a week, So Thursday rolled around and I called to check on it and the Manager Brandon told us the vehicle was ready except the cracked windshield replacement, for us to come by Friday or Saturday and we would sign papers and it would be ready. So when we got there the vehicle was dirty, had decals and the windshield was still broken. We were lied to the whole time. So we confronted Jo (female sales girl) and Brandon the manager and asked why we were lied to. So he told us he was sorry he would get right on it and he would have it delivered and he would discount it 250.00. We told him we didn't want it delivered and we would pick it up. So He calls in 3 days and said my driver is on his way to your home to drop off the car, and advised he wanted us to sign and give him the rest of the down payment. Which should have been 1000.00 So I should only owe them 750.00 But they wanted a thousand again which means I put down 1250.00. They stated they would refund my account the 250 they owed me. So that paper work even states I put down 1000.00 so that is incorrect. The vehicle when he pulled up was making noise still from the brakes that were not fixed. So we drive the vehicle and it wasnt drivable we had to call them back out and pick up the vehicle and fix it. The emergency brake would not even work at all. We again advised them we would pick up the vehicle because we never sat down with a finance person to do the paperwork or get a copy of it. So they called me a few days later and stated they were on my way to my home to bring the vehicle again. I work in charlotte so I had to stop what I was doing (no warning) and meet him an hour away from my job. Very Unprofessional, one incident after another. I was told they would email me my paperwork and for 4 weeks now I have called numerous of times and Spoke with BRANDON (Manager), JO The Sales Lady and Lamar The other (manager) and they all 3 at different times with in three weeks advised they would give me my 250.00 refund back to my card and email me my paperwork. STILL NO REFUND OF 250.00 AND NO PAPER WORK OF THE 12000.00 VEHICLE THAT I PURCHASED. Yet here we are about 6 weeks from the start and nothing. I called again and spoke to Lamar and advised him I would get an attorney if he couldn't get this corrected. He was rude and didn't want to help me at all and said he would have Parks Chevrolets legal team contact me by Tuesday (this was a Friday that we talked). I never got a call from the legal team and when I called and spoke to the financial Department he had no clue and again was not willing to help in any matter. So here we are. NO REFUND OF 250.00 and NO PAPERWORK for the Car we purchased. YA know it Does states SATISFACTION GUARANTEED ON YOUR GREETING WHEN YOU CALL. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. More
Best dealership I’ve dealt with! I recently bought a new Suburban, and had the pleasure of working with Albert as my salesman. He was very kind, and interacted with not only me, but a I recently bought a new Suburban, and had the pleasure of working with Albert as my salesman. He was very kind, and interacted with not only me, but also my 10 year old who was with me. He was also very knowledgeable about the many features of my new truck. A lack of a diagnosis does not mean all is well. Had an appointment for specific work. Dropped off vehicle night before. The first series of items (oil change, tire rotation, computer diagnostic check) could have been completed in 2-2.5 hours easy (especially with an appointment). In dash rattle and concerns about transmission slipping does take longer, but it was not even checked for those things until late into day 2. In my mind, if I had the first appointment on day 1, then they could at least be into the 3rd of 4 issues by the close of day 1. So there is a lack of internal scheduling coordination going on. They needed to order a part for one issue but I have yet to get a call stating that it is in (two+ weeks later). And while the transmission may not be slipping in between gears, there is a problem with it choosing the right gear and pressing the accelerator does not translate nearly into the power/responsiveness that it once did -- it is almost as if you hit the gas, you hear the RPMs increase, but there is not a corresponding response to the wheels (weak - my Silverado needs viagra because it's get up and go, up and left). So that problem still exists. Let me put it this way, I'm looking into other options than buying out this lease or leasing a new Silverado. I know there is an issue with the drivetrain, and my experts at Park Chevrolet say everything is fine. Not a confidence builder -- I drive this truck daily and I know that all is not well with it. After texting back and forth with this Michelle, I was finally told last night I am approved but she wasn't sure of the paperwork etc, and that I needed to call. After calling, I barely had a voice and was gargling all over the place she said she would be in contact with me by noon today. Well i heard nothing and another person I was talking to first told me Michelle wouldn't be in at all and then all of audden she was coming in when I started to complain. They then proceeded to tell me in a hour I would hear from Michelle or the manager regarding my vehicle I wanted to purchase. i did not hear anything so i again texted them at 2:30 and was told she had to get with Michelle. By 4 I texted them again and heard nothing. Between this I had written their internet service manager and again NO response. Just a minute ago they texted me saying a manager was working on it. Working on what? when Michelle told me I was approved. If this dealership straightens up I will erase or change my review but as of now extremely disappointed and this is not how customer service in a sales should be at all. More
Terrible customer service after the sale. 1. Truck was purchased with understanding that the seats are leather ( per the sales person and also in discussion with Angie). After short drive in 1. After short drive in the heat and sticking to the seats like I was glued down it was discovered that they are actually not leather but instead the covering is plastic. 2. Requested that plastic be removed and replaced with cloth or I would return the truck. 3. Seats were replace with those from another truck and In the process both front door sills were damaged / scratched down to the metal. One would assume that this would have been repaired prior to me picking the truck up but it was not. 4. Truck was returned again for the body shop to make repairs. When I get there pictures are taken of the damage , they take my name and phone number and I am sent on my way and told I would be contacted as to when they could fix it. There was also some discussion as to who would be charged for the repair as the truck shop and the body shop are separate. As if the customer would or should even care. 5. No one called so I texted Angie the sales manager and asked what was going on.she says she will check on it. 6. I get a text from the sales person who says to,bring it in on Wednesday the 28th. 7. So i take the truck in for the repair and I request a car or truck loaner. I assumed that since I made a appointment with the repair shop that they would be ready to work on it the day I dropped it off. Well that was a mistake ! I am told it will not be ready until next Tuesday . Now keep in mind that this is a very minor repair and will take very little time to fix , hours not days. I am told that they have to finish working on all the other vehicles in front of me. Well what the xxxx was the appointment for. So they want me to go without my work vehicle that has my truck bed tool box full of tools and a 90 gal fuel ttransfer tank that I need. So when they tell me a week to get it back , I return the loaner car and get back in my truck and leave. There is no way I can afford to do business with a dealership that thinks so little of its customers. I won't be back even though They owe me repairs for damage that you caused.and two free oil changes. if you look on their Facebook web site you will see many customer reviews with the customer having issues with service after the sale. You will also see that these customers will never go back to this dealership You can buy the same Vehical at any dealership. Pick one that cares about the customer. Parks does not care! More
