Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I had the fortunate opportunity to deal with Parks Chevrolet after MANY headaches at other dealerships. My boyfriend and I were in the market for a truck. We had very little preference on brand, but needed a 4 wheel drive, double cab and needed to be within a certain monthly payment bracket. I was initially greeted by Harris Dixon whom I communicated our needs to. I had such a troubling experience by picking out a truck of our choice and haggling with numbers at other dealerships, so I left the decision to Harris and his team. He picked out a beautiful loaded 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. Not only did Harris provide EXCEPTIONAL before, during and after the sale, but the entire team at Parks was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with, plus they got us into a vehicle with more equipment and a cheaper payment than surrounding dealers! I truly felt valued. I am so completely in love with our new truck and so very happy with Parks! I will be recommending this dealership to others in the future!! More
