We asked him to drive the car to give us his overall impression so we wouldn't waste our time if the vehicle wasn't what we were looking for. He described the vehicle perfectly. We took the car for a test drive and could not have been happier with the vehicle's condition. After searching for a used Saab for more than 3 months, we knew what we were (and weren't) looking for and are thrilled with our purchase. Rick had all the paper work ready for us and the whole transaction took less than an hour. It was painless, simple, and just a terrific car buying experience. After an internet search, and reviewing many auto listings, I sent a note to Park Avenue Saab. Andy responded almost immediately, and through a series of phone calls and emails we were able to agree on a price, financing and delivery date. I was hesitant to purchase so far from home (300+ miles) but it was the make/model/year I wanted. I flew to NYC, car service to Maywood, completed the purchase and drove back to Buffalo on a Friday. Perfect vehicle, great price and even better service after the sale (a minor problem was taken care of "immediately " by Andy and the team at Park Avenue long-distance.) I WENT TO PARK AVE SAAB INTERESTED IN A 1985 CUTLASS SUPREME 442 THAT THEY HAD TO USE AS A DAILY DRIVER JEREMY WAS HELPING ME WHEN IASKED ABOUT FINANCING THE CAR HE TOLD ME I HAD TO FIND A COMPANY THAT SUPREME 442 THAT THEY HAD TO USE AS A DAILY DRIVER JEREMY WAS HELPING ME WHEN IASKED ABOUT FINANCING THE CAR HE TOLD ME I HAD TO FIND A COMPANY THAT WOULD DO THAT OR PAY CASH WHICH I DIDNT HAVE.HE SHOWED ME A 2008 SAAB 9-3 AERO THAT IS IMMACULATE AND CONVINCED ME THAT THAT WAS THE CAR FOR ME IN EVERY ASPECT I TOOK IT FOR A TEST DRIVE AND FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. NOT ONLY DID I PURCHASE THE CAR BUT JEREMY GOT IT FOR ME WITH NO MONEY DOWN AND GOOD PAYMENTS AND INTEREST AT LEAST FOR MY SITUATION. ANDY DASALVO FINALIZED THE PAPERWORK AND WAS THE ONE WHO CAME WITH ME ON THE TEST DRIVE AND HELPED ME ALOT WITH MY DECISION. The three men who work there, Rick Wehle, Andy DeSalvo, and Jeremy Morrissey are truly gentlemen in every sense of that word. They do not push a sale, they leave you alone to check out the cars. They are sincerely courteous and most of all, as honest as the day is long. They work with you to help you make the selection that you want in terms of car type. They are the utmost professionals in helping you secure financing; they patiently and extremely knowledgeably answer all one's questions. In short, one can trust them, pure and simple. My bride and I purchased a 2010 SAAB convertible from them and it was exactly as seen in their internet site. Their establishment is immaculate and of classy distinction.
