Rick and Andy were great. They gave me my "space" to walk around and look without being hassled. When I was ready to talk, Rick was there to answer any questions and help me through the paperwork. The truck I bought was priced right and the service I received was top notch. I look forward to using their service department in the future. Easy Sale ! I was looking online for a car. I saw a great car at Park Ave Saab. Most dealers have cars online but when you get there, they don't. Not here. All th I was looking online for a car. My husband and I arrived at the dealer close to closing. Rick greeted us right away. We told Rick about the car we saw online and he took us too it. The car was in great condition . Rick gave us more information about the car. This helped us determine that we wanted to the car. Afterwards , the paperwork went great. I did a trade-in ; Park Ave Saab gave us a very fair deal for the car. We were able to work out all the details. We arranged to pick up the car the next day and they were so nice to fill up the gas tank. I must say my husband and I were very pleased with Park Ave Saab. We got a great car for a good price and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend going to Park Ave Saab. More

I Love My "New" Saab Went to Park Avenue Saab/Lotus looking for a 2007 Saab 9-5 with manual trans. I ended up buying a 2008 9-5 2.3t automatic (have got to get used to driving those things). It is a beauty!! Looks good, rides well and that turbo kicks in immediately. Andy was great to work with. No high-pressure (would have sent me out the door right away), answered all questions, made sure I drove on the highway to experience high-speed handling and ride, and seemed more concerned with my getting the car I wanted than selling it to me--major, major PLUS! Down payment Monday, drove car away Tuesday. I am so in love with this car and expect to see Andy again the next time I'm looking for a Saab.
