The rack hadn't been used all season and when we went to use it, only one of the key latches worked. The warranty had just expired and the paperwork on the ski rack could not be found. I was extremely frustrated, as the ski rack had been used less than 10 times over 2 years. I understand Carlos took it upon himself to go to a home improvement center to find the parts that were needed to repair the rack. I just checked the ski rack, and everything works great. Once again, I feel your service department has come thru for us and done a stellar job. It is this level of service that keeps us BMW customers and is one of the reasons we recently purchased a 528i from you. Please recognzine Carlos for his high level of customer service. I got the exact vehicle I wanted at a very good price. I checked out BMW USA website and then submit my "Build your own BMW" to 4 dealers. We decided to custom order the car from the factory. It took about two weeks to get the car from the time I placed the order till it got to the dealer. I couldn't accept the new X5 immediately so Park Ave stored it for a week. The whole process was very pleasant. More
