You go into a dealership with your guard up, and he really made the whole process smooth. Since Park Avenue didn't carry in their inventory what I was exactly looking for, I had to get a car shipped over from Europe. Alan was very helpful in giving me information as well as updates regarding the status of the vehicle. Now I don't know if he had anything to do with it, but from ordering to pick-up took ~30 days, almost unheard of, even in the NJ area (where the ships first arrive at). I will not hesitate referring Alan to any family or friend who is looking to buy/lease a BMW. More

I had some problems with my transmission on a 2003 BMW X5 4.6is - "rough downshift" & every now and then, the "trans failsafe prog" message will appear in the on-board computer. I decided to have my vehicle diagnosed at Park Avenue BMW because I've heard a lot of good things about their new state of the art ultimate service center @ 530 Huyler St. Making the appointment was really easy. I was very impressed with their drive up service center and friendly staff. Not to mention, my loaner was already waiting for me - a 2010 BMW 328xi Coupe with less than 900 miles on it. My Service Consultant was Jeff Farhat, who is a really great guy and extremely helpful. Very prompt and always accessible whenever I called. If he's not available to pick up the call, simply leave a msg and he'll call back immediately. In less than a days time, Jeff informed me the bad news that my transmission is faulty and needs to be replaced. Since my vehicle was used and not a certified pre-owned, my extended warranty coverage was with another company when I purchased the vehicle. Unfortunately, this warranty company's policy was written so well, it's almost impossible to make a claim with them. Jeff introduced me to Dave Bergamotto, Park Ave BMW's Service Director to discuss our options. We tried again to work with my extended warranty company but they simply won't budge. Dave was very sincere and personable. He gave me an incredible offer that I simply couldn't resist to have my 1st ever BMW repaired at this facility. I highly recommend this service center for their excellent customer service and professionalism. Thanks to Park Ave BMW, I have begun to rekindle with my ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINE! More
