My 535i had recurring fuel pump problems and i was getting frustrated. Both Larry and David worked together to finally fix the problem permanently. A few days after picking up the car both of them cal getting frustrated. Both Larry and David worked together to finally fix the problem permanently. A few days after picking up the car both of them called me and asked me to stop by. I did and they both said they were bothered i had this problem and although it was now fixed they wanted to do something for me. What Larry and David did was give me a check for one and a half months of payment towards my car. I have had and dealt with high end cars and dealers my whole adult life and NEVER did one of them do something as generous as these gentlemen. Their sales force is great and having Larry and David on your side after deal is done is always a good thing. Because of this dealerships professionalism and generosity I can see that my family and i will be driving BMWs for a long time. They are the BEST. No need to go anywhere else. More

I love this place. As much as it pains me to have to visit the service center, these guys make you feel like #1....true VIP experience. Courteous, prompt, efficient service always. They walk the talk and deliver exactly as expected. After your first visit they treat you like family. I come in, everyone knows me by name...they even know what makes me tick! (getting the bill) Whenever I call, the receptionsist are always friendly, polite and helpful. You are in and out, no long waiting, but you never feel rushed either! They take all your concerns seriously. Their job isn't only to fix your car, their job is to make you HAPPY! The service manager Dave ROCKS! As busy as he is, he is always willing to listen and offer suggestions. The facility is clean and up to date. Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand. The sales dept is just as great...my sales guy Andre sold me my car and then I brought my mom back for her car. These guys have to be special to deal with me and I'm hard to please. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who not only wants a car, but wants to be treated with respect no matter your budget. Keep up the good work.....you have a customer for life! More

I have bought a lot of cars from many different dealerships in my life and this has by far been my best experience in a dealership. I was looking for a preowned vehicle, and I must say that they have a HUGE inventory to select from. I've been shopping around from different dealerships and Park Ave BMW definitely had the largest inventory of cars and they were ALL in pristine condition as well. The conditions of the cars were flawless... so nice I could barely tell it was preowned. I can't say the same for the other dealerships such as Wide World of Cars BMW in Spring Valley and Prestige BMW in Paramus. All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful, particularly the sales representative who helped me out. His name was Michael Johnson, and I highly recommend you ask for him. He was extremely helpful since I didn't know exactly what kind of car I wanted. At no time did Michael pressure me into buying anything I didn't want. He was very patient with me as we looked at over 10 different preowned cars. In the end, I decided to go with a Preowned 5 Series BMW. Not only was Michael able to work with his Sales manager to give me a great price, but he also worked very diligently with BMW FInance to get me the lowest possible APR, I have never seen someone work so hard to satisfy their customers. At other dealerships, I would be given a set APR, and that would be it. They never once even tried to ask the financing bank for a lower rate. Overall, my experience at Park Ave BMW was a great one. I will definitely be returning to this dealer exclusively as long as Michael Johnson is working there... not to say no one else there is helpful, but Michael made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. This dealership is approx 50 miles from my home, but I chose to go there because I have have been dissatisfied with all the BMW dealers near my site. Since I was coming off of my lease in April, and the new 2011 5 series wouldn't be ready till much later, I was unclear which way I should go, and the dealers/sales people I talked weren't the least bit helpful or interested. I met Alan, got clear answers, and even though I didn't think I would get another car till later, I ended up getting a new 5 series -- mostly because I was offered a good deal that included Park Ave assuming my remaining lease payments. Just arrived home with my "new" 2006 BMW X3 and could not be more pleased with this purchase. I was working with a local private used car dealer on another '06 X3 that was trying to "sell" me. Although I had never actually worked with Park Avenue BMW I was aware of them, having lived in Hackensack for approximately 8 years. Not so here. That has changed me, and for the better. From the first phone call to the well wishes seeing me off, Brad and his team worked to bring the sale together in budget. I didn't make it easy either, not only were there budget concerns there were terms that Brad had to present for approval that I knew were going to be sticking points. Brad and staff pulled thru on all counts flawlessly. There was never a time during the entire workings that I ever felt as if I was dealing with anyone but a professional who valued my time as well as my concerns.
