The Customer service in Park Ave Bmw was overall outstanding. The main reason was due to salesperson Luis Valencia who took his time and patience to assist me in all my questions and concerns. The management staff was also wonderful in the dealership. If Mr. Valencia did not assist me on my second visit I would have never leased another Bmw. My first visit with a different sales person was very cold and horrible. I left within fifteen minutes and decided never to come back again. After a month I decided to give the dealer a second chance and this is when salesperson Luis Valencia helped me on my new lease. I was in the market for a new 335i and shopped around various dealers throughout the area. Brad was the most straight-forward in every aspect and quoted a great price. I placed the order with him in late July and had to endure an extensive wait as a result of a factory shutdown in August. Throughout the entire wait Brad provided regular updates and always made me feel like I knew what was going on. All of the procedural things (paperwork, etc.) were done in a smooth fashion from start to finish. It was also obvious that Brad knew the car inside and out. He spent a great deal of time at delivery explaining the ins and outs of it. If you're in the market for a new car and you don't try Park Ave BMW you'll miss out on a great buying experience. More

All of the individuals were exceptionally helpful and professional. As a first time buyer of a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I was somewhat skeptical about the process and a bit uninformed. After all, no one LIKES dealing with car salesmen! However, Park Avenue BMW personnel really took care of me. I first purchased a 3 series vehicle for a fair price and loved it but shortly after I owned it I decided that I wanted more room in the car for added comfort. Brad called me after I bought the car to check on my satisfaction, he listened to my dilemma and asked me if I wanted to come in and look at other larger vehicles. I did and ultimately purchased a second vehicle after returning the first one. I'm sure that there was no financial benefit to Brad to assist me with this process but he did so with due diligence and the utmost professionalism. His assistance was invaluable and I now own a CPO 5 series and really love it. I highly recommend this dealer and this salesman to EVERYONE!! More
