I have given this rating to this dealership because I brought my car in for service due to an electronic malfunction. I was livid, I have owned this car for less than 2 months at this time. Larry, was very calm, I was given a loaner and I went home. The bottom line is I had two bottles of wine that had broken in the trunk of my car which was clearly my fault. The fee to repair the computer damage was over 700$ I spoke with David Bergamotto, the Service director. He approved the service to be done at no cost to me. The only thing that he asked me to buy was as cargo tray for the inside of my trunk which cost me 74$. This was about 10% of what the job really cost. Although, this was my fault, my car is fully covered for service, they still worked with me. I went in this past weekend to purchase my CPO ( certified pre owned ) 330i. It was such a great experience. The dealership was pretty fast with getting everything moving and filled up my tank and gave me a free car wash. It was my first time buying not only a bmw , but my first car and the experience at this dealership was great from the beginning, especially since me and Luis had been going back and forth through emails. I brought my car in for service, and having been to other BMW dealerships before, and owning other BMWs before, I knew the routine. Everyone strives for the coveted 5 star rating however, when given several options to accommodate your schedule, provide a car service and even drop off your car while you're on vacation, I think this dealership deserves praise. I was given an estimate which was inadvertently miscalculated, the dealership honored the original quote. As we all know mistakes can happen, but I do believe that it says a lot about a person, their staff and the reputation of their company if they are able to handle those mishaps in an accommodating and timely manner. Kudos to Dave, Rich, Jeff, Eric, and the rest of the Park Ave service staff. Looking forward to continued business as well as more BMWs. -Rami More

I own two BMWs and Park Ave Service department is by far the BEST I have experienced.
