Courteous, professional, and friendly are words not often associated with a salesman these days (I’m in sales myself). However, at Park Ave BMW, Jerry DeLeon is the exception. Short of utterly dreading the gamut of the buying-a-car-experience, Jerry was a relief from the get-go— never pushy and always understanding. We negotiated a deal on a 135i 6MT Sport, a rare automobile in these parts, picked out the colors and options, and sent the order to the Leipzig plant (Germany). A few anxious weeks later the car arrives at Park Ave BMW. I was never in the dark; Jerry always kept me briefed on the car’s status. He answered my emails swiftly and returned my calls the same day. The Black on Black 135i was prominently displayed for my arrival. Jerry gallantly fended off the would-be test drivers who drooled over my car (Jerry must have wiped it clean), begging him to allow it out for a spin. A big thanks to Jerry, Roger Pic (the finance manager) and the rest of the Park Ave staff. Seriously BMW NA should pay me for plugging... the 135i Sport/M-sport in manual transmission is a true driver’s car that leaves your face sore from constantly grinning. More

I live very close to Princeton BMW and probably should get my service done there, however after my last service there I realized the HUGE difference between the experience I had at Park Ave BMW vs. Prince get my service done there, however after my last service there I realized the HUGE difference between the experience I had at Park Ave BMW vs. Princeton BMW. Park Avenue despite being over one hour from my house treated me so nice and their facility (despite Princeton BMW being newer) is still much nicer. Next time, I probably will just wait to get my service done because the business center is perfect, nice and quiet. The staff from the front desk receptionist, to the Courtesy car folks, and most importantly Larry had exceptional customer service and your service folks should be applauded. I work in a hospital where I handle customer service training for the employees and if I can bottle whatever was brewing over at Park Ave and give it to my employees I would! More

I dealt with Brad after sending an inquiry by email to Park Ave. In the email I explained that my current lease was up and I was interested in a new lease but a different series. All transaction took place over email which was great since like most people I am discouraged going to a car dealership. He was friendly and easy going which made it a good experience. Park Ave BMW was where I bought a new car from back in 1997. I loved the car but not the service that soon followed. I chose to do business with another BMW dealership in the area for several years. Wow, where to begin. My experience with Rich Schulman at Park Ave BMW was above and beyond my expectations. I'm not going to lie, I shopped around in order to get the best price possible for my Nissan trade Park Ave BMW was above and beyond my expectations. I'm not going to lie, I shopped around in order to get the best price possible for my Nissan trade-in and the best priced lease offer on a 2011 328ix. I went to Bloomfield BMW and Springfield BMW just to name a few...Rich crushed the competitors price not only on the lease, but also on my trade-in vehicle. After Rich put a smile on my face with the numbers. I got to know him more personally during the test drive and the paper work (which usually is a strenuous process but with Rich it was nothing but smiles and laughs)Once I left the dealership Rich kept in touch with me everyday letting me know when my vehicle would be delivered and and asked, "when would be a good time for me to come and pick it up?" The day of delivery I am happy to say I was in and out of the dealership in No Time. No hassles at all. Rich took an ample amount of time to discuss everything I needed to know about the vehicle from how to operate and sync the blue-tooth to how to contact BMW SOS (road side assistance). When I was ready to leave the dealership Rich told me to feel free to contact him if I have any other questions about the transaction or my new vehicle...Me not wanting to read the lengthy manual decided to take Rich up on his word and called him about every little thing I didn't quite understand in my new BMW. Rich was more than happy to assist me. He himself would go out into another 328ix and talk me through...step by step...over the phone in order to locate and achieve my desired setting. Rich...to me was no salesman...In my eyes I see Rich as a close friend or colleague. With him I never felt pressured nor did I feel as if I was a customer. I am definitely returning to Park Ave BMW and Rich when my lease is up. And i definitely would recommend Rich Schulman to my family, friends, and co-workers in search of a BMW. More
