I met with Luis Valencia, and despite a great effort on his part, we could not find a vehicle that met my specifications in inventory, so we ordered one from the factory. Luis told me it would be six to eight weeks, and despite my skepticism, it was delivered early! Luis kept in contact with me while we were waiting for the car, and when i went to pick it up was very helpful getting me aquainted with the new updated features of the vehicle. I know I can count on him should i have any questions. Roger Pic from the finance department also was very helpful, as our application needed special attention. Moving forward, after dealing with the Park Ave Service Department for six years, i know my car, and I, are in good hands. More

Louis was very good in working with me over the phone when I purchased my BMW from Park Ave. I live in Pennsylvania, about one and one half hours away. Park Ave BMW had the best selection of cars in the NY/NJ area. My salesperson, Mike Messinger, was extremely informative, he made time to show me the inventory, was very transparent on pricing and most imp area.
