I've used this dealership for about 9 years now and will continue to do so. Not only they have the best service around in Bergen County but they are also very professional. I prefer to go out of my way to continue to do so. Not only they have the best service around in Bergen County but they are also very professional. I prefer to go out of my way to get it serviced there as opposed to Tenafly BMW (which btw is the worst) or Prestige BMW. Larry Weiner in particular is a very good service consultant. He is a credit to the shop and to Park Ave BMW. He always returns calls and is very experienced. There isn't one thing that Larry has not been able to resolve for me and always puts himself in your shoes. David Bergamotto the service manager is also very nice and understanding. He seems to inspire the rest of his employees to be the same. The client is their number one priority and making sure you are satisfied. The same goes for purchasing the car from them. They will offer the best price and will try their best to get the deal done. I would recommend working with Michael Messinger. He is very thorough, pleasant and knowledgeable about European Delivery. All in all 10/10. I would highly recommend Park Ave BMW to anyone looking for service or purchasing a car. More

I found the car I was looking for on the internet and it was at Park Ave. BMW still in the process of being certified. I gave Luis a depost over the phone with his promise that if it wasn't certified or ex was at Park Ave. BMW still in the process of being certified. Five days later, I went to Park Ave. BMW and the car was exactly what I was looking for (actually for my daughter). We bought it and arranged to pick it up a week later so we could surprise my daught on her birthday. We tried to find a large bow to put on the car but couldn't. When we came to pick it up, Luis had a big bow on the vehicle waiting for us. He went out and found it on his own. Luis was very professional and helpful every step of the way. He followed up on everything including after the sale. The whole experieince was very pleasant and I would recomend both Luis and this dealership to anyone. More

I called Park Ave and was put in touch with Luis Valencia.He informed me that the vehicle was being certified and not yet available but would gladly put a hold on it till everything was complete for me .When I visited Park Ave BMW the vehicle was better than described and I was completely satisfied with the way the whole process of buying my first beemer went so smoothly. February 16, 2011--My first documentation of my February 16, 2011--My first documentation of my experience at Park Avenue BMW.I brought my M3 for a service after I was given a tour of Park Avenue February 16, 2011--My first documentation of my experience at Park Avenue BMW.I brought my M3 for a service after I was given a tour of Park Avenue BMW's new service area. The M3, being very low to the ground is susceptible to careless service people who can bottom out the car or hit the lift while placing the car on a lift or taking it off the lift. While I was assured that my car would be safe from careless abuse, I picked up my car only to discover damage to the left running board and under the front bumper. To avoid any question of whether any damage was present when I dropped off the car, I insisted the service advisor check my car from top to bottom. He checked my car and told me it was in perfect condition. When picking up the car, I checked my car for damage under the running boards and front bumper, the areas susceptible to damage at a service center. When I discovered the damage, the service advisor told me that he never checked the areas under the car I mentioned areas of risk for damage, and therefore could not confirm or deny the damage. He told me to take home the loaner car I had and told me that he would show the damage to the Service Manager the next day. Early the next morning, the service manager called my home and left a message saying he would not accept responsibility for the damage on my car and threatened me saying I would be charged $75 charge if I didn't return the loaner car, the car that the advisor told me to take home. I called him back and told him I couldn't return the car until after work. After realizing his own service advisor told me to take home the loaner car, he accepted the fact I would return it after I came home from work. During my return call, the Service Manager stated that 100% of the cars he sees have damage under the running boards or some other type of damage under the car. I explained that my car didn't have any damage anywhere and that no one ever drives my car, not even parking attendants. Unfortunately, despite how careful I am, I'm at the mercy of the dealer whenever I bring my car in for service. The Service Manager proceeded to tell me that my car "was just a car" and "not a piece of jewelry". He proceeded to state that he services a high volume of cars each day and didn't have time to give my car the attention he felt I was expecting. He sarcastically told me that no one was going to handle my car with white gloves. He suggested I should look for another place to service my car. I guess he never watched any of the BMW ads describing the BMW as the Ultimate Driving Machine. I guess a BMW, according to the service manager, is just a car and not the Ultimate Driving Machine. Following my experience at Park Avenue BMW, I even went as far as to e-mail a description of this incident to the General Manager and Sales Manager at Park Avenue BMW. I never got a call from their customer service department and waited 24 plus hours before I documented my experiences. I guess if you lease a car at this dealership and really don't care about cars or what happens to the car, they would be fine. I'm sure I wouldn't be as concerned if they carelessly damaged a leased car, owned by the Dealer. However, even though my M3 is not new anymore, I keep it in mint condition, or at least it was in mint condition before I brought it to Park Avenue BMW. Update 3-2-2011: Approximately two hours after initially submitting my experience on DealerRater.com, the General Manager at Park Avenue BMW contacted me by e-mail and asked me to call him to discuss my complaints. Since that initial contact by the General Manager, we have been in the process of attempting to resolve the basis of my complaints. When I brought my car in the following weekend to show the General Manager and the Service manager the physical damage, another possible additional problem, the possibility that the original seal repaired is still leaking, was observed. We are in the process of observing the seal to see if it continues to exhibit signs of leakage. Although the General Manager has verbally committed to repairing the damaged left rocker panel, we have not agreed upon the body shop that will do the repair. Also, we have not determined if the original reason why I brought my car to Park Avenue BMW, namely the rear seal, continues to leak. I am withholding my final comments until this process is complete. In all fairness, Park Avenue has been attempting to resolve my concerns since my comments were listed on DealerRate.com and they were notified of my complaints. More
