My first intention was just to shop around but after a couple of minutes with Naeem i decided that i want to lease a BMW from them. The service was great, Naeem was very helpful and he managed to give a very good deal on a 2011 328i xDrive, he worked with his team to make sure the deal goes trough and i can pick up the car the next day. They also helped out with my car insurance. I must say that it was a painless experience, it was a surprise for me to see how professional was everything handled and the quality of the customer service, after a few bad experiences with dealerships, this was a refreshing experience, i would definitely go back to Nameem next time when i am in market for a new car. My quest to purchase a BMW was a very long one. Initially, I was extremely confused and debated between MERCEDES and THE BMW. I knew very little about both brands as it relates to CLASSES and SERIE Initially, I was extremely confused and debated between MERCEDES and THE BMW. I knew very little about both brands as it relates to CLASSES and SERIES; therefore, I did what any SMART consumers would have done. I started conducting my own research. I asked questions and also read both Mercedes and BMW forums extensively. After gaining some insights, I began to narrow my purchase towards the BMW (it was a hard choice to make). Though I knew I wanted a BMW at this point, it was even difficult selecting the series/specific model. After more research, I made up my mind to finally purchase the 335XI based on consumers’ ratings. It was at this point that I came across LUIS VALENCIA, from CARS.COM who works at PARK AVE BMW. We both exchanged contact info. I told him I had an interest in this 335xi which I ended purchasing later and if he could work with the price a bit. Though Luis was unable to reduce the price on the vehicle because it had already been reduced, we still maintained our lines of communication. After several attempts, I was finally able to drive from CT to PARK AVE BMW in NEW JERSEY on February 14, 2011. There, I met Luis in person. We discussed the history of the vehicle and other options. I told him how much I wanted to pay and he said the vehicle was marked aggressively. I ended up purchasing the 335XI after test driving. One thing I must emphasize in this review is Luis’ demeanor. There were no times during the process that I felt rushed or taken advantage of. He was not pushy like most car salesmen. Being in sales myself, one gets repeated customers by not being over assertive if I may use this term. My overall experience was worth the drive. ..
