We were on a road trip, miles from home,and our BMW 330xi had a drivetrain issue near Park Ave BMW. Stranded! We called. Park Avenue BMW treated me as if I was the owner's son. We were shuttled to the dealership, our problem was addressed promptly as we were traveling to a funeral. They provided us with a courtesy car and got us to our funeral. Eric Cuello, Dave and Ralph were all very helpful and really took time to resolve a difficult and intermittent drive-train issue. So far their diagnosis (and repair) has done the trick. They will be following up later this week to double check on the repair. I can say that this experience was what most of us expect from a BMW dealership. Park Avenue delivered and then some. More

We purchased a new BMW in Dec 2010. They were both patient and accommodating as well as very thorough and respectful of our financial situation and tight timelines. From begining to end, the sales staff and management in the internet sales division went out of their way to purchasing my 2010 65o convertable. Greg, the manager, kept in touch with me constantly. Luis, my salesperson, was easygoing and helpful. When a problem arose with the vehicle, and the delivery of the car was delayed, Greg and Luis kept me calm and informed. I feel I got a great deal, and Greg went out of his way to make it better, when delivery was delayed. I dont think I could have done any better. This is my second BMW purchased from Park Avenue, and I dont see a reason why I wont make it three! Well done Park Ave BMW!!! More
