He did not overwhelm me with continuous calls or emails but was clear that he was there to answer any of my questions. When I finally had some time to go to the dealership, I called Luis who made plans to meet with me that afternoon (on his day off). He quickly identified what I was (and was not) interested in and showed me their huge inventory warehouse - pointing out exactly what I may like. Brad Russak is one of the best salesman i have come across. After submitting a quote, I heard promptly from him. They had many cars in stock and first thing he showed us the various cars in their warehouse. He worked with me to get the build that I wanted. I should mention that i had gone to Prestige BMW before coming to Park Avenue and the salesman "sucked" there. He was rude and had a very negative attitude toward selling the car to us. But Brad, with full of integrity and honesty, gave me the exact deal that I was looking for. Fairly spontaneously we stopped by, found a vehicle we fell in love with, and spent the next several hours finalizing the purchase. Kathleen, John and Ryan spent hours with us, making sure we got what we wanted and being very patient with us. They went above and beyond what would be expected, stayed long after they were supposed to have closed, while never pressuring us and being very flexible and understanding. All in all, an excellent experience and one I would, and in a few years probably will, do again. More
