Rob (Ermatinger) was incredibly patient, and provided as much information and help as possible during all three of my visits. He took time to carefully explain all the vehicle options, and even followed up with a phone call a week later, to check on things. Overall, I have been very pleased with the buying experience, and with the car (although I have been driving it for only one week). I would certainly recommend the dealership and Rob to anyone looking for a BMW in the NY/NJ area. More
