When I went to pick up the car in December, I was in and out in under an hour. I was pleased with the dealership's financing department, and Jorge the financing manager was not pushy in any way when I declined to pick up additional options/packages. Only disappointment was the condition of the car when I picked it up. It was a brand new MDX but the front passenger side was clearly dirty. Also, there were soap spots on the outside of the car from being washed. Not a big deal and the dealership cleaned the car up, but I would have expected all of this to have been spotted before I showed up. More

I purchaed my 2011 MDX from Park Ave. Acura about a year ago. Since I have owned the car, it has had a minor vibration issue at highway speeds. Kirk contacted Acura who sent their factory representative to the dealership. Kirk worked with the Factory Acura representative and resolved the issue.
