Excellent overall experience!!! They service non Accura cars. I took my Honda Accord EXL there because there pricing is much less than others. Appointments easy to make, appt. and pricing confirmed pre visit. Facility clean, small but with very comfortable seating, complimentary refreshments available, individually wrapped. All employees friendly, nice, complimentary car wash and vaccuming. Over all Short wait time. Christopher Odgers, Service Consultant is exceptional. He was very professionally cordial, very approachable, listens attentively., patient, knowledgeable, readily answered/ explained all of my questions about present and future service needs, in a non condescending manner.

Perfect 10 of 10. Curt was on top of every step of the process from the beginning. Not only he's professional but super friendly, always putting on a happy face with such a great attitude.
