Life savers! We were visiting from Canada and our alternator gave out and had to be changed. Carlos and his service team took us in and got the job done quickly so We were visiting from Canada and our alternator gave out and had to be changed. Carlos and his service team took us in and got the job done quickly so we could get back home for our oldest's first day of school the following morning. They went above and beyond for us...their service schedule was full but squeezed us in. Carlos took care of us, calmed us down, drove us to the mall so we could relax and have lunch, picked us up when the work was done. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles, even helped me decide on a totally different vehicle then originally planned. I didn’t expect to purchase an MDX A-spec but he gave me a good deal on it. The deal was made, went over to sign the paperwork it was very quick, in and out within an hour of making the deal. In all I had a great experience working with Park Ave and Curt, I cant say the same with other dealers and I have leased 3 Acura’s. More
