Another Great Experience at Park Ave. Acura Me and my wife lease Acuras from Park Ave. since 2010 and it get better and better. My wife and I scheduled a meeting with Curt two weeks prior to purchasing the vehicle and he took us out test drive both the MDX and RDX as we were unsure of which vehicle we were going to purchase. He was very patient and shared a lot of information on both vehicles. He was very upfront on what options were available for both. Once we decided on going with the MDX, Curtis followed up with me and made sure the purchase process was easy and hassle free. I also worked with Jorge Herrera and he also was very helpful in making the lease process was easy. I enjoyed working with both of these individuals. Stellar customer service from both. We began working with Curtis three years ago when our first son was born and we just had our second, requiring us to upgrade to a bigger vehicle. Much like our first experience Curtis was very accommodating as we find the car purchasing process to be extremely painful and he makes the process so much simpler completing nearly 75% of the process via electronic munication i.e. text or email. When we arrive we fill out a couple of documents and the entire process last about an hour and we were on our way with our new vehicle. Our experiences with Park Ave., Acura sales and service has always been top notch. More

Not all staff friendly I just recently bought 2014 honda accord from park ave acura. Since he was such helpful i decided to purchase the vehicle .. when i went to finance the car i had to wait about 1 hour for credit application and which i could understand but problem i had was with Jorge Herrera after credit application was approved and when we called to get insurance policy with insurance company on the phone.. he stated that we would have to come back tomorrow to get temp plate and pick up the car tomorrow. Which i had problem with cause if i waited over hour for him to just look at application why cant he wait for me provide insurance so i could get out of there with the car. When this happened it was 8:15pm which delaership closes 8:00 and he wanted to go home.. i told him if hes willing not to wait then he could cancel the agreement and i dont want to purchase the car. After we had this conflict as i walking away he mumbled “xxxxxxx” from my back which my brother heard him and when he said what did you call him hes response was “im not talking to you” .. so bottom line was he was defiantly not professional and defiantly would not deal with him as sales Mano Gobencion helped me from day one i felt it would be wrong to walk away from the deal cause of Jorge. My review would of been all 5 stars if it wasnt for Jorge. More

I did my whole sales negotiation paperwork etc on emails.. and probably spent around 30-40 mins at the dealership.. like I was telling him he answered more emails than my girlfriends.. his response time willing to work for what’s important to me and respect my budget was remarkable.. he is brilliant..
