This is the 24th vehicle my family has purchased from Esserman Volkswagen, and it's always been a pleasure dealing with them. We had visited seven dealerships before coming to Esserman Volkswagen in Miami Springs. By this time, we were tired of salesmen trying to sell us what they wanted to get rid off and not what we want Esserman Volkswagen in Miami Springs. Martin Centeno listened to our request for a silver Jetta with a light interior and without a sunroof. He took us to see this very type of car right away. He told us that the exterior color was called white gold but that it looked like silver. This is the only car we saw, drove and bought at Esserman's. We were extremely pleased with the customer driven attitude of Mr. Centeno and this dealership. Later, during our first three month check-up, my cell phone broke and Mr. Centeno drove me to a cell phone repair shop while my car was being serviced.
