I have to tell you about my recent new car leasing experience. As a single female who is used to being beat up on by car salesmen (and in fact have been for the last few months as I have been shopping experience. As a single female who is used to being beat up on by car salesmen (and in fact have been for the last few months as I have been shopping around), going into Esserman Volkswagen was a breath of fresh air. My salesman Martin Centeno, and everyone else I dealt with from the Sales Manager Glenn, to the car technician Tony who explained every little detail of my new car, to the Finance Manager Maria,could not have been nicer and more accomodating. In fact, the whole process was easy from beginning to end. I left the dealership with my beautiful new Jetta, not feeling like I'd just been "taken for a ride", but happy and satisfied. Finding a sales person that respect and understand the buying process is very valuable. A sales person can't determine how long it takes a prospect to gather information, analyze the data and pull out the wallet—that decision is based on personal comfort. EMPOWER! These are the areas where Tony shines; he builds your trust, ensures you have the information to take responsible decisions, understands his clients needs and empowers his customers in the decision making process. He focuses on customer service to grant the notion the brand is about you and nothing else is like VW and therefore you. We left VW, with more than a car; we left with a great customer experience.
