Great My girlfriend brought in my car for me this visit and waited for service to be completed. They had kept her informed about process. I previously had inspected the car and found out drain holes in the sunroof were clogged and was the reason for water being dumped into interior cabin under carpet [found online it has happened to other older volvos], and it was getting worse with water dripping inside from sunroof. They inspected issue, cleaned up the two drain holes, completed water test and it was a reasonable cost. It hasnt really rained yet, or hard so I'm hoping the problem is resolved. I go to Palisades for service and I live in Manhattan. Palisades provides quality service with reasonable costs, I would recommend. To date 10/12/16 have not experienced issue again More

This is the second time that I took my car to this dealership and each time Jeffrey has exceeded my expectations. His professionalism and attention to detail is what makes him an exception to the norm. He is an asset to Palisades Volvo and any organization should be more than happy to have someone of his caliber at their service. It was my birthday, so Jeffrey took extra care of wishing me well and making sure that the little things counted - and surely they did. I will continue to take my vehicle back to Palisades Volvo and I hope you do the same. Ask ONLY for Jeffrey when checking in your vehicle or doing your service. When I spoke to John to arrange the repair he indicated that the tail li I can't say enough about my recent positive experience with Palisades Volvo. When I spoke to John to arrange the repair he indicated that the tail light is not kept in stock but if I photographed he could ensure that it was there for my car's arrival. This made everything go smoothly and require only one visit to the dealership even though John was on vacation the day of my appointment. I also the woman who greeted me, checked me and kept me informed about my service progress couldn't have been more lovely! Liz is smiling and genuinely cheerful which made the whole interaction pleasant from start to finish!!
