They ended up accidentally quoting a price that was higher than it actually was, but they sent me a refund for the difference quickly. The Pacifico for Life program is pretty awesome as well. I would obviously recommend doing TrueCar, but when it comes up that the best price is at Pacifico, don't be surprised when you find yourself driving off their lot in a new car. More

He gave me the information and answered all of my questions. I decided to head up to the dealership and was greeted by Steve Cromartie. He was very pleasant, always smiled, and was enjoyable to work with. A special shout out to Chris Harmer who was absolutely wonderful. He is a manager who was very hands on in the process. He even stayed late to meet me when I picked up my car two hours after he was supposed to work. The closing process was simply outstanding.
