My Experience It took me a few days to think about what I would say so here goes. I have dealt with Greg Glasgoe , baught 2 cars from him in the past, my family It took me a few days to think about what I would say so here goes. I have dealt with Greg Glasgoe , baught 2 cars from him in the past, my family of at least 6 baught cars from him and my 2011 Sonata was baught at Springfield Hyundai, due to the fact the Greg took some time off for a tradegy in his life. When I heard Greg was back I couldn't wait to trade my 2011 in just to buy another car from him. My experience between Springfield and Pacifico, cannot compare. I work in real estate and I know what it's like to make commision and to me it's not all about the money, it is about making the buyer happy, that's the best reward. Springfield was about the money, Greg was not, he cares about the customer so much that half my family has his cell number. He is a stand up guy, honest and caring. I have to be honest, if I didn't find out that Greg was back I would have went with another type car all together and not have even thought about Hyundai again, not because I don't like Hyundai but because of Greg. We had the pleasure of working with Ed Jess who was the 1st to greet us at our 1st visit to the dealership. We have also worked with Chris Harmer on an issue we had after purchasing the vehicle. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. No pressure sales and everyone was very friendly. Jason Oquendo helped us with the financial end and got us a great rate! Everyone has answered all of our questions, returned numerous phone calls and texts, were very patient, did not pressure us and handled the transaction wonderfully.
