Finance manager did try to upsell and negotiate but I did not feel trapped like in some dealerships. Beautiful facility as well. I talked to six dealerships about their 330e cars in California, Arizona, Texas and Florida and planned to buy at the one who had the car closest to what I wanted and best customer experience (price less important). Pacific BMW was and is the winner! More

Don’t want to get into too much detail, but if you are trying to avoid a friendly, enjoyable, and most important HONEST car shopping experience, stay away from this dealership (especially the sales-rep So trying to avoid a friendly, enjoyable, and most important HONEST car shopping experience, stay away from this dealership (especially the sales-rep Sogol). I have made multiple, two hour, commutes in order to apply my BMW loyalty and college grad rebate to the price listed. After finally agreeing on the price, I made yet another commute to the dealership in order to finalize the price we agreed on the phone, but I got there and Sogol raised the price by $1,000! In all my years of business I have never dealt with such manipulators and dishonest sales personnel. I will never give my business to Pacific BMW because of my experience with Sogol. More
