I had some issues with F&I: (1) not checking for Toyota's manufacturer advertised APR rates, which I had been aware of and asked for ahead of time, (2) adding some charges that I hadn't agreed to, and (3) misrepresenting the cost of an add-on. The F&I rep readily remedied each mistake when I caught it though, so it was no major issue. More
