DDowdybsn, we are sorry to hear you did not appreciate your experience with our Body Shop. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of these insurance companies in order to get work done. It sounds like you also may have received bad information from your insurance company. It appears we sent your insurance company the documentation they were looking for on Friday 3:15pm. I am not sure why they say they didn't receive that same day, but we certainly did not drag our feet on this. It does not benefit us in the slightest for you to be in your rental vehicle for any longer than absolute necessary, in fact the longer it takes to complete your job the longer it takes for us to get paid. We hope you have no further need to use our collision center, but if a need did arise, we would be happy to work with you. We wish you a blessed day.
