We stopped at this dealership to look for a used RX350. Tony Ramazami met us at the door. He introduced himself and spent a few minutes talking to us to get to know us a lttle and finding out what we were looking for. Tony then introduced us to Andy Rusnak who took us out to his inventory asking if their was a particular vehicle we were interested in. Tony and Andy were very professional and went out of their way to find a way for us to purchase this vehicle. Tony led us and personnaly introduced us to the finance people and during the whole process kept checking in to make sure we were comfortable. Tony, Andy and all the other employees we encounted at Lexus of Rockville were very professional, made us feel welcome, kept us relaxed and made the whole car purchase a pleasureable experience. We would highly recommend Tony and his team to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
When you walk in its very nice and clean. The receptionist got a hold of Mr. Taylor immediately and he came down and greeted me with a handshake and smile. Mr. Taylor gave me 100% of the attention I was looking for and carefully listened to everything I needed on my next vehicle. Even when interrupted by other employees, I felt I was priority # 1. I never had to wait long and when I did sit in the customer lounge I was greeted with warm cookies and a beverage (the little things) Customer service is everything and I can go anywhere to purchase a car. Thank goodness I was referred to Lexus of Rockville by one of Mr. Taylor's previous clients an I wasn't let down. I would recommend Lexus of Rockville to anyone in the DC Metro area! More
When I bought my Lexus here, the sales man was very courteous and gave me space and answered all of my questions with patience. Over the past year I have brought it in for servicing twice, once for an courteous and gave me space and answered all of my questions with patience. Over the past year I have brought it in for servicing twice, once for an oil change and later for brakes. The work was always done well, on time and they always to the time to explain what was being done and my alternatives. I have told everyone that I work with about this dealership. I am very pleased with it. More

Long story short, my wife and I went here on New Year's Eve to purchase a used car advertised on Cars.com and Rockvilleoflexus.com. We worked with Jim Johnson and Neville Gooden. Jim Johnson, a manager of Eve to purchase a used car advertised on Cars.com and Rockvilleoflexus.com. We worked with Jim Johnson and Neville Gooden. Jim Johnson, a manager of the pre-owned car department, at first refused to show us the car we wanted to purchase and instead showed us a car with higher mileage. Then, Mr. Johnson claimed there were "service issues" with the 300RX we wanted. He claimed he could only sell us the car for $1500 above the advertised price. We started to leave. Then he sent sales associate Neville Gooden out to tell us he would sell the car for the initial advertised price. Two hour laters he came back reiterated he would only sell the car for $1500 above the advertised price, but he would "knock $1000" off the inferior car with higher mileage. It was bait advertising, plain and simple. When I talked to the GM of Lexus of Rockville, Mr. Don Nichols, he claimed it was a mistake or confusion. It was neither. Mr. Johnson was quite clear he would sell us the car for above advertised price. Mr. Nichols also claims his used cars do not come with an implied warranty of merchantability even though they are not sold "as is." Be very careful if you shop here. If you are interested in more information, we are resolving the issue through the Maryland Attorney General's office and all of the information is public record. More
I am completely dis-satisfied with how Lexus of Rockville does business. I saw a pre-owned vehicle listed online for a price that was within the range of what I was looking to purchase. I contacted the sales does business. I saw a pre-owned vehicle listed online for a price that was within the range of what I was looking to purchase. I contacted the salesman and told him the Stock number and Vin of the vehicle and was told to come in the next day to test drive the vehicle. The morning that I was suppose to come in for the test drive, I called Lexus of Rockville to confirm that the vehicle would be available for me that day to test drive. When I spoke with another salesman and the sales manager, I was told that the price advertised online has been increased by $13,000, and this is the new price. I stated that Lexus is falsely advertising online to potential car shoppers. He stated that he could find a different vehicle within my price range, but refuses to sell me the vehicle at the price I saw being advertised online, which was lower. I will never do business with Lexus of rockville, since they engage in such corrupt practices. The excuse I received from the sales manager is that there was a "human error". This dealership should have honored the price advertised online, and moving forward have better internal controls on their system for pricing vehicles. I have lost all faith and confidence in the credibility of the pricing and practices that take place at Lexus. It is an outrage that such a notable company would take advantage of potential customers and pull a "bate and switch". I expected more from a company like Lexus. More
Bought a new Lexus RX350, Leo went the extra mile for the purchase of the vehicle, very knowledgeable in all areas of the vehicle. Prompt and courteous service. Came from a Mercedes, their customer service a purchase of the vehicle, very knowledgeable in all areas of the vehicle. Prompt and courteous service. Came from a Mercedes, their customer service and service department is hard to beat, Lexus of Rockville has alot of learning to do in my opinion. I wish I would have read all of the reviews prior to purchasing there. Not totally impressed with the Lexus Rx350, several braking issues, have brought to service department 3 times for same issues. Have delt with 3 different service writers. No one calls back if you leave a message, they say the car is fine.....not fine! Bought the car assuming I would receive preferred treatment when vehicle is serviced, not at all what I expected. They run out of rentals? seriously? Did you ever notice how big their waiting area is and how many people are waiting? Seems too many to me. Also find it odd that they don't call to see how your service visit was to avoid bad replies on the internet....Word of mouth is the best possible advertising but also can be damaging if customers are not happy. Would not recommend going there for service issues. Would highly recommend Leo Inglesby for sale of a vehicle, but if the service department is mediocre, then why would you buy there in the 1st place?? More
I had set my mind on a Lexus IS 250 for years now and when the situation arose when I could afford one, I could not have been happier. I looked around for dealers and Lexus of Rockville was the closest t when the situation arose when I could afford one, I could not have been happier. I looked around for dealers and Lexus of Rockville was the closest to my home. I have read reviews on several websites where customers have been treated disrespectfully and the whole experience was just plain terrible. This upset me b/c I am buying a Lexus after all. I want this to be a day I'll remember with fondness. However, it was clear that many people who went to this dealer did have it that way. I risked it any way. I went to the dealer a total of 3 times. On my first trip, I had met with a sales associate (Emmanuel) where I felt like every other reviewer I had read about. This made me think I should just forget about this dealer. A few days later though, I found vehicle that I liked on their website. I thought I'll give it one more chance, if not for me, then for the car I really wanted. This time, I was greeted by another sales associate...Aaron Witherspoon. Let me tell every person out there looking to go to Lexus of Rockville to get a used car. Aaron is your man! My experience was just that great with him. This guy will not push you, he'll ask what you want and he'll bust his as* to help you get it. I saw Aaron on my 2nd two trips to Lexus of Rockville. During those visits, Aaron must have spent at least 4 hours with me and my family thoroughly showing me any car I asked about and trying to make me happy with my purchase. He helped us work with Elias (manager. In the end, Aaron did get me the car I wanted at an affordable price and in the end, I could not be happier with this purchase. If I didn't go with Aaron, then I can guarantee every reader that this review would have been completely different. Do yourself a favor, talk to this guy and trust me (a very satisfied customer, which seems to be a rare case for this dealer) Aaron will get have your back. Good luck to all of you, I hope your experience will be as good as mine was. More
Update: I was able to work out a deal with Don Nickles. Lexus of Rockville corrected the situation and I was able to 'trade in' my car for a fair exchange. It took some time but Don came through! Purch Lexus of Rockville corrected the situation and I was able to 'trade in' my car for a fair exchange. It took some time but Don came through! Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned car (CPO) from Lexus of Rockville, a dealer awarded with “Elite” status. At the time of purchase the salesman did the following: 1. showed and made me sign a clean carfax report indicating the car was accident free 2. pointed out a slight bumper misalignment as a known design flaw and that assured me it was NOT a result of a car accident. I did a quick research online and forums did indicate that some cars had a problem with the bumper alignment so I believed it was not a result of a car accident. 3. assured me that they do NOT sell cars in previous accidents as a certified pre-owned car because there is a rigorous inspection that all used cars must pass to meet the Lexus standards. 4. showed me the 160 point inspection certification that proves that they had to perform a rigorous check and service of the car before they can even certify it as a CPO (certfied pre-own) Went to another lexus dealership for a recall service and to look into another issue with car and was informed that the car was in a previous accident and they assumed I caused it because it should not have been certified based on their inspection. The service adviser told me that it was very evident that the car was in a front end collision, and that ANY inspection of the car, especially for the CPO program, would have uncovered it and the car should NOT have been certified if it indeed was in an accident prior to being sold as a CPO. He suggested that I contact Lexus of Rockville and open up a case with Lexus corporate. Contacted the saleman from Rockville and he confirmed they would never sell a car in an accdeint as a CPO. They go through a rigorous inspection and run a clean carfax. Tried to remedy the situation with Elias Constianas, the manager of the used car dept. Gave me the runaround, had to “crunch some numbers” to see if how much I would owe on a swap out of the car for a similar car with more miles even though this was due to their directly lying to the consumer. It went nowhere Decided to contact Don Nickles the general manager. Don was able to contact the previous owner and confirmed that the prior owner did get in to a car accident and did not report it when she traded in the car. When I asked Don how they can sell a car that another Lexus technician stated was quite obvious and would not have passed the CPO qualifications he replied: "To be frank, if you want a car without accidents, you better buy new". When I asked Don how can the dealership lie to the consumer, make them sign statements that the car has a clean carfax and show them CPO inspections under the false pretense that car was not in a car accident, he replied. "We are not required to disclose these things to the consumer" When I asked him again if he is willing to work with me to resolve the situation, he replied, "To be honest, I don't think we owe you anything" "You are making this out to be a bigger deal than it really is" Lexus Corporate sent an engineer to inspect and reconfirmed the accident but cannot force the dealer to do anything. BUYERS BEWARE. Don was quite proud that they are the leading used car seller in the North East. But with fraudulent and deceptive practices like this buyers should stay away. They sell cars under the false pretense that they are accident free and deceive the consumers into paying thousands of extra dollars for cars that should NOT be certified. This is not what i would expect from an elite lexus dealer and most of all not when purchasing a lexus certified pre-owned vehicle More
Horrible! Tried to buy a car here and was ready to sit down and make a deal. Asked the sale guy who my husband and I had been working with to give me his best offer on the vehicle because I was ready to down and make a deal. Asked the sale guy who my husband and I had been working with to give me his best offer on the vehicle because I was ready to make the purchase. He actually said I will call your husband and talk to him. Let's see...it's my car, I am here ready to make the deal and it's the year 2010 (well it was whan I was buying the car) not 1940 when women didn't always make decisions themselves. So, after being totally demeaned, I went to the lexus dealership in Alexandria. I walked in told the very nice sales person what I wanted and sat down and made a deal. It was seamless and easy. Not sure why Lexus of Rockville is so Male chauvinistic but hey it's their loss of a sale. Fast forward a few months, I needed work done on my lexus so went to Rockville because it's more convenient to my home. I needed work done in Jan. and the customer service guy said he had to order parts and it should only take 2-3 days to arrive and that he would call when they came in. Okay, no problem... a month goes by no call. I call them, no call back. Call again, no call back, call again and tell the lady what is going on and assures me that someone will call me back, still no call back. Bring the car in and get the run around. Rude staff that has no training in customer service. Not to mention would not cover things under warrenty because of a dent on the side of my car...I barely hit something. I really love my lexus but It almost makes me not want to buy another because of the way the treat their customers. Please beware of this place, if you can, go to Alexandria! More
