This dealership provided the best customer service I have ever experience in car buying. I have purchased 4 cars and never experience that type of customer service. They really make the customer feel comfortable and promote a hassle free environment. I have already recommended friends to visit this dealership for their next car. The salesperson was really nice to my wife and I. He was very knowledgable about the car and had a very friendly attitude. He didn't try to be overly aggressive in trying to pursuade me to buy. The finances person was really nice and helpful. Made sure I got the best rate and met my monthly car payment goal. He was patient and made us feel happy to purchase the car. The manager was really nice as well. He allowed us to get the car at a lower price. He was nice and helpful. This team did a great job in providing the best customer service. The manager even stated that I can get my car wash anytime. He didn't have to provide me that service. I really appreciate the offer to get my car wash anytime. Other dealership do not offer that to there customers. I have friends with Lexus and their dealership dont allow that. Overall, i recommend everybody come to this dealership. More
When I arrived to this dealer I was greeted by Andy. He was very polite and sincere. I was only pricing to see what options this dealership had. But as it turned out, I ended making a purchase. I walked into the dealership this morning at about 0930 and was in the lobby for at least 10-15 minutes without being greeted or being asked if I needed any help. A few sales people passed me buy to inclu and was in the lobby for at least 10-15 minutes without being greeted or being asked if I needed any help. A few sales people passed me buy to include the sale floor manager who I cant recall his name anymore. The front desk sales receptionist was on a phone call and also had the time to put her call on hold to answer a few more calls. Finally when she was off the phone, I asked her if there was anybody working the sales floor. That immediately rose the attention of the sales floor manager who greeted me and apologized and introduced me to AJ. He was friendly....I am looking for the CT200H Premium for my wife and wanted to knock out the test driving part already. The test drive went well and I told him I would return with my family in the afternoon. He was friendly to my kids. My wife started to ask the questions I did not ask and some I already did; his comments to her was "I already told your husband". I guess repeating himself was too much of a burden. The information he did explain to her was inconsistent to what he told me earlier that day. Other answers to our question was "LOOK IT UP ON THE INTERNET, ITS ALL THERE". We were specific to our questions which I felt a sales floor associate could answer since we have been looking at other manufactures and comparing vehicles. One question was, how is the safety rating on the vehicle and his answer was "LOOK ON THE STICKER OF THE VEHICLE, IF ITS THERE BUT I DONT THINK THEY DO SINCE IT'S TOO NEW OF A VEHICLE TO HAVE THAT INFORMATION". Also to add, the moment my wife mentioned she worked at a doctors office, he became more concerned with his medical problems asking her possible reasons for his problems. I guess meeting the customer needs and helping with a sale of a vehicle was not a priority. I also asked him if I build a car to my specifics how long it would take, he told me he doesn't know "maybe two months", but he would ask the guy who worked upstairs. So when I came back in the afternoon, he did not have the answer. The reason why I have given the ratings above is explained in my comments. If my rating is not accepted then thats failure on all of Lexus to not improve on customer service. Not the service I was expecting from Lexus! Hopefully the other Lexus dealership is a bit more helpful than Rockville's. More

We were interested in purchasing a pre-owned Lexus and had originally walked into Silver Spring asking for Tony. After realizing Tony was now at Rockville, we gave him a call and told him what kind of vehicle and price we were looking for. He immediately had a car ready for us in Rockville and had the vehicle pulled out front and ready with a VIP tag with my name. The remaining experience was excellent, Tony and Shawn helped us decide on our car and assisted us throughout the process. I plan on coming back to Lexus of Rockville for all my future purchases and will recommend to all friends and family. Tony and Shawn are the best! More

My sister and I stopped at this dealership last night to look for a used RX350. Tony Ramazani met us at the door. Tony was very professional and went out of his way to find a way for us to purchase this vehicle. Tony led us and personnaly introduced us to the finance people and during the whole process kept checking in to make sure we were comfortable. Tony, Gregg and all the other employees we encounted at Lexus of Rockville were very professional, made us feel welcome, kept us relaxed and made the whole car purchase a pleasureable experience. I was in the market for a Lexus GS 300 with black interior fully loaded about a year before I purchased it. I visited the dealership and a very kind helpful gentleman named Khalid Taylor informed me that they didn't have what I was looking for at the time but said he would call me they did. He called me a YEAR LATER as promised and told me what I wanted was in stock. I bought it 3 days later. Now that's service and follow up. I don't even think he was a sales person at least it didn't feel that way. I would highly recommend this dealership. Employees aren't push and they do what they say they're going to do which is rare these days. More

When you walk in its very nice and clean. The receptionist got a hold of Mr. Taylor immediately and he came down and greeted me with a handshake and smile. I never had to wait long and when I did sit in the customer lounge I was greeted with warm cookies and a beverage (the little things) Customer service is everything and I can go anywhere to purchase a car. Thank goodness I was referred to Lexus of Rockville by one of Mr. Taylor's previous clients an I wasn't let down. I would recommend Lexus of Rockville to anyone in the DC Metro area! More
