I can't imagine an easier experience. I searched so hard to find this car. They offered it for a fair price, gave me great service, so I bought it! Josh had the car ready for me when I got there and felt no pressure from him and he was very nice. The Sales Manager Willie introduced himself when I got back from the test drive and that made me feel even more welcome. I later had to lean on him for an issue I had and they quickly made it right. That means a lot to me. The Finance Director Amal exceeded my expectations and beat my credit unions rate. She also made me feel very comfortable and the paperwork was so easy. I have been in the car business for more than a decade holding a wife range of positions. I know a well run dealership when I see one. Thank you Lexus of Rockville. I love my ES300h. More

Mike - my service manager - was courteous, professional, and very helpful. He explained what 100K scheduled maintenance would entail, and each recommended service. Mike’s score is 5+. I give a low rating to the dealership itself. I had a ridiculously difficult time scheduling routine maintenance. The service manager never responded to my message. I had to work through their great manager in sales to get service. The problem stemmed from the receptionist sending me to voicemail, not telling me my advisor was out sick for days. I give my service advisor, Ozzie, a 5 of 5. All of their service advisors are not created equal. Ozzie is a gem. He's always friendly, efficient and trustworthy (he never tries to hard sell me service I do not need). Some of their advisors will schedule you for service not recommended by their own web site for your specific car. They won't tell you they've added a service *they* personally recommend. It's not a matter of whether the service is a good idea; it's that they're not upfront. If you ask for an out the door cost, some will neglect to tell you about shop fees. Again, some display a disturbing lack of transparency of the kind that usually comes from the top. On the positive side, in the 11 years I've gone to this dealership I've been lucky to have some great advisors that honorably provide good customer service. Ozzie is the latest in that chain.
