Do not go here!! The service department is ripping off everyone that comes in. Is the pandemic hurting you so bad that you're ripping off everyone that comes in for service? We brought in our 2011 Lexus l everyone that comes in. Is the pandemic hurting you so bad that you're ripping off everyone that comes in for service? We brought in our 2011 Lexus last Friday because the tire pressure light was on. The service department performed a 50,000 mile service it didn't need because we had just had it done 1000 miles before. Then Mike from service said it needed 4 new tires and other work that had to be done for $4000.00. What a bunch of crap! The tires most certainly didn't need changing as they aren't very old and have a lot of tread. We took the car to a reputable mechanic who did $60 of work and said that's all it needed. Hmmm $60 versus $4000. To top it off there were 7 other people who came in for service while we were waiting and amazingly every one of them needed 4 new tires! They must have quite the mark up on tires! How dare you rip people off especially in tough times! Maybe you might want to reconsider being in an honest and reputable business! If you take your car BUYER BEWARE! Do not go there for service. Take your car to a mechanic to have them tell you if the service the dealer says it needs is really needed! More
