So I called this dealership as well as others to look for a specific make/model/color of a car in October. Aaron was my main sales rep through the process and he was very personable, knowledgable, and most importantly...he was not pushy for the sale the entire time, which was refreshing compared to past experiences at other dealerships. He showed me the vehicles, let me drive it, and asked what he felt was right for ME. At lexus of Rockville, the environment is very professional and has an upscale feel. So when it came down to the numbers (the MOST important part), I was able to talk to Gerald and Stan, the sales managers at the dealership. They were very easy to deal with because they offer a "true price" which is a very generous discount they give right off the bat. What they do is they give you their absolute lowest price very early on, so it gives you a chance to see their BEST deal without the haggling. I ended up getting this car much lower than retail price, and the experience will definitely have me coming back here again for my next car. Oh yea! The car is turning heads everywhere I go, best decision I made! More

Agreed to a final out the door price after taxes, fees, and etc. with the salesman after contacting him by email. I drive out of state to meet him and when I get there he pulls out the paperwork and the final number has $2,400 added to it. I was angry and was told it was a math calculation which I do not believe. I got angry and left without saying a word. This is what you call the old bait and switch tactic. Get you in with an attractive price and then add the taxes, fees, and etc. More
