Buyer beware of Lexus of Rockville — I tried to purchase a couple of Lexus vehicles from this dealer. While on the surface the folks I dealt with there were friendly, when it came down to I tried to purchase a couple of Lexus vehicles from this dealer. While on the surface the folks I dealt with there were friendly, when it came down to actually going through with the purchase, things deteriorated very quickly. They were vague about fees; they pressured me to come into the dealership on several occasions to "talk to the manager"; they would not tell me the final selling price. Their "no-haggle" policy is a scam. What it means is that they refuse to discuss the price of their cars, but they don't hesitate to haggle aggressively (meaning severely lowball) about the price of a potential trade-in car or about finance rates and terms. They quoted a price on my trade-in that was $3,800 *less than* their competitors in the immediate area! Dealers have to make money, that's not the problem here — they're not charities. The problem is the sheer audacity of lowballing on trades and refusing to be clear and upfront about their prices, fees, and adjustments. Buyer beware with these folks. Stick to your guns, avoid being pressured, and watch out for the "my manager would like to speak to you" drivel. Use common sense and if something FEELS OFF then it IS OFF. Watch out for this hornet's nest of a dealership. The extent to which these folks try to mislead, manipulate, and muck around with their client's time is absolutely shameless. More

I had only seen the car online, and had to rely on Reginald's description of the vehicle, since I lived almost 600 miles away. He was very helpful and very honest in his description of the vehicle. Reginald also went well beyond the call of duty and personally picked me up at the Baltimore airport. The car was in BETTER condition than he had described. Additionally, they repaired the radio antenna they discovered was not working. Very accommodating and forthright. Highly recommended!!! More

Wasted all day! We have wasted 5 hours at this dealership for nothing. We were planning on trade-in both of our cars and get 2 Lexuses. Looooonggg story short, At the end of the day all we got was sales person looking for one of our cars keys, (I actually found them in one of the office before him.) sales manager claiming that one of our cars has salvage title, which is shockingly untrue. Even though all the vin no s match (door, dash and the registration), they didn't want to believe that maybe it's the full size iPad scan application you r trying to fit in to a narrow angle on the side of the door causing scan to bring a different number, maybe. But anyways, I don't care, sales person wasn't capable of doing many things in a timely manner. While they were running around trying to find out if our car is really not salvage. Sales manager was asking questions like, air bags deploying and the vehicle being totaled less than a year ago is something I could forget to tell them. I think we just left at the end. Nobody even say a word. We left with no numbers about pricing, leasing options, value of our trade ins. 5 hours! We ended up with nothing but a day with full of .. Lexus makes beautiful cars and we will go to another Lexus dealer next day off and hopefully buy some cars. I would expect better from Sonic Automotive. PS: at least offer some water to people. More

The real deal was the purchase process and the "bottom line" which was negotiated through the internet with Brian Schutz who gave us a outstanding deal. All the employees we came in contact with were not only professional but also very knowledgeable - especially Leo who went over all the details on the vehicle. After many years of buying many vehicles this has been one of the most Stress less, Quickest, and Relaxing new car buying experiences we have had. Thanks to Brian, Leo and Tom. More

The only thing that holding me from buying it was availability of money, so I had to contact my bank in my country to wire transfer the money, which took two days to arrive to the US. After I got hold of the money I contacted the sales man (Willie), and he simply told me he sold it this morning, though I asked him to to book the car for me. Shame on you Lexus of Rockville. More
Horrifying Purchase & Service Experience The WORST experience of my life. I purchased a CPO Lexus for $55,000 from Lexus of Rockville. It's been the shop approx. 10 times (suspension, bra The WORST experience of my life. I purchased a CPO Lexus for $55,000 from Lexus of Rockville. It's been the shop approx. 10 times (suspension, brakes, gears sticking, right front noises, not a smooth ride, leaning to the right, uneven hood and lines and over spray of paint indicating previously in accident, etc.). I'm nervous driving the car because it make wobbling noises to point it sound like the wheels are going fall off; if you touch the brake everyone must embrace in their seats. They constantly deny everything and correct the problems. They also refuse to provide a service tech to ride with me to identify the problem 3 different occasions as well as correcting issues. Therefore, I escalated the issue to the Lexus of Rockville GM with hopes in resolving this issues. Unfortunately, it was a horrifying experience; therefore I took the vehicle to another Lexus dealership; in which they were concern the car had been in a previous accident and also found 4 leaking shocks (dangerous I could had very bad accident). The GM constantly made promise that he would not keep to include sending me an e-mail informing he would provide me another vehicle to my liking (I have the e-mail); I went the next day and he refused to honor his word. To date the car continues to have major issues and it's parked in my garage because Lexus of Rockville refusing to honor the e-mail from the GM and their CPO specifications. I'm currently paying $900 for a defective vehicle. I will continue to pursue justice regarding this matter. Meantime, I highly recommend you STAY WAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
